Not terrible but powdered eggs reminded me of my military deployments.

Staff was great and rooms were clean.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. They are doing renovations and most of the rooms are already completed. I loved the fact that our room did not have any carpet. They took up all the carpet in the rooms which makes a big difference. How many hotels have you been to that actually serve eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy etc. Let me tell you they have so many options for continental breakfast.

Starting out with checking in, the desk clerk named Janet was outstanding! The room was clean the towels were great and something you don't find in hotels along the way these days is breakfast. Eggs, sausage gravy, cereals, sweet rolls. Greatly appreciated. As we left we thanked the owner and made sure he knew how much we appreciated Janet and a clean room not to mention breakfast! It is an older Hotel, so for some it might not meet expectations regarding everything being new.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Staff was friendly, room was quiet, close to the zoo.

The location and the pool are what we liked. There are restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. The zoo is a 10 minute drive so that's a plus. The pool was so clean and the water was so perfect our daughter didn't want to get out of it. She had the best time swimming:).

We have a 20 month old little girl and she showed us how dirty the floors are; her feet were filthy. Which was later taken care of. There was a little bit of mold in the shower on the wall which is a cause for concern.

Janet, the check in staff was so welcoming and friendly. The morning staff also was great! She had only been there a week and was running the desk & covering the dining room. She was quick to refill coffee, biscuits etc

I've never been to any hotel that offers gluten free breakfast options (other than fruit). This would be a plus if it were available but I always bring my own

I had a smoking room and it was actually clean. Most places don't clean the smoking rooms, so thank you for a clean room. Also I think its wonderful that you allow pets and have one group fee. Next time I visit I can bring all 3 of my babies. Thank you for a awesome weekend ❤

Great staff. Janet at the front desk was customer based and friendly. She even helped me out and gave me some tips for my next stay! Clean rooms, nice pool, overall very nice facility and well worth the price!

Pool towels were small which is like everywhere else.

The breakfast was fantastic and the lady who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. I loved having easy access to my room. Very comfortable bed.

The doors were incredibly hard to close so there was slamming all night. The floors in the room were wood and the wood was separating. Also the room smelt like someone had been smoking even though it was a no smoking room.
