From the time we checked in, until the moment we checked out, the entire staff was welcoming and more than happy to serve us. The room was clean, the breakfast was 'passable" and by that I mean some of the 'processed' foods were nothing to write home about, but there was also fresh fruits, pastries etc. It all worked out just fine. We felt that the staff were all simply exceptional and we really hope, if you plan to visit Asheville, that you will try this excellent hotel. Thanks to all who helped us and pampered us!!!

The toaster at breakfast need to be replaced as it was first not toasting, then burning the bread and bagels....a minor fix! There was nothing else we had issues with and that was wonderful!!!

Very clean and a nice looking lobby with good amt of room for breakfast. Also a nice courtyard with fire pit. Room was a nice size. Bed very comfy! Price was excellent. Too bad we didn’t know a Crumbl cookie was a 2 min walk around other side of property! (Or maybe that was a good thing LOL!)

1) If you’re not CLOSELY following GPS and miss the turn to the hotel, you have to get back on highway and circle back around… another 7 min. Yes that’s on us but word to the wise! 2) Typical free breakfast but the items in the serving trays (sausage, potatoes, eggs) were dried out and not hot. Only ate there the 1st of our 3 days. 3) We would have appreciated some towel racks in bathroom. I know it make it look more sleek but not super convenient.

Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was adequate.

1.) Parking was not convenient, and I didn't feel like it was real safe leaving my vehicle there. There were people loitering in the parking lot. not sure if they were guests or not. 2.) The deadbolt on the door didn't work. The strike plate is not aligned with the deadbolt latch. 3.) Elevator needs to be serviced. It shakes and makes disconcerting noises as it approaches a stop going up to the 3rd or 4th floors. 4.) Power went out which is not something within your control. But. the one exit stair (opposite the parking area) had no lights. This is a huge safety concern and a code violation. It should be addressed immediately.

I liked the proximity to downtown and many attractions. We rarely needed to drive more than 15m to get to the places we wanted. We loved the space of the one bedroom suite and the pool. Breakfast had a good variety of options when all are available. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We will definitely stay again!

For a few mornings, some of the breakfast items ran out or weren’t available that day. When the breakfast area is full, they ran out of tables and chairs. We are a family of four with a high chair…so that made it hard to try and squeeze everyone in. The space needs more seating areas for larger groups. The pool needed cleaning, especially the pool tiles-they were covered in grime and a few days of our stay towels were almost gone or already gone. Would have like larger size bath towels, as I am plus size and the standard towels do not cover my body.

The staff are friendly, professional, and accommodating, I can tell they tried their best to make our stay comfortable. The hotel is very modern and new, the room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, they have a warm breakfast bar including oatmeal. There were plenty of fruits as well. We stayed for two nights and they change up the warm breakfast meat, we had bacon and egg omelettes for one day and sausages with scrambled eggs on the other. The biscuits and gravy were very good.

The bed is right next to the HVAC unit, given it's summer, the humming sounds of the HVAC all night with a slight vibration was unnerving, we can also hear the cars all night since the hotel is near the freeway. We did not sleep well during our stay.

The free shuttle to downtown and the river arts district was super convenient and great. The staff was so helpful with everything and the room was spacious and comfortable. A CVS, grocery store, and great Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Fitness center and pool were also great.

The shower curtain was a little too short for the shower so it is easy to flood the bathroom and the breakfast could have used more options (gluten free/dairy free options lacking for those who need that). Other than that everything was great!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and quickly got us settled with our dog in a clean, comfortable room. Downtown Asheville is not walkable from the hotel, but a shuttle runs all day and you can take your dog with you! I have stayed for years at another hotel in Asheville but Country Inn & Suites were so accommodating and the pet fee was so affordable with our dog that we have a new place to stay from now on!

It's easy to miss your turn into the parking lot because it's kind of a strange street/entrance to the highway, but that was the only mishap!

The breakfast area is nice and cozy but offers the typical hotel breakfast. Good enough for what we were doing. Juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, waffle, cereal, apples, bananas, oranges, toast, bagels, etc... The Hotel provides a shuttle the will take you downtown and to the River Arts District, and I can say this was a wonderful feature. We Ubered from the airport and back and to the Biltmore estate but utilized the free shuttle service the rest of the time. So Grateful for that.

Property was in a good location close to downtown. they offer a shuttle to downtown and the river arts district, although I did not use either. I had my mini dachshund with me and it was one of the best pet friendly properties I’ve stayed at.

I’m not sure who’s at fault for this: the property or booking.com, but there was no mention of the pet fee or how much it is. The pet fee is an additional $50 per pet per stay! since I was only staying one night it was a very significant increase over the price of the room that I had to come out of pocket for AFTER I had already booked a non-cancelable room.

I initially booked the room for my grandchildren to have an indoor pool to swim in that was close to home, but had the feel of a mini vacation. From the time we arrived, I was pleasantly pleased with the look & feel it provided. The staff was amazing and so very friendly. The facilities were clean and provided such a pleasant 'at home' vibe. Breakfast was amazing with several options for any type of eater. The staff makes this facility be #1 on top of the clean spacious rooms, amazing indoor pool, fire pit with outdoor chairs to relax, hiking trail, and waterfalls. My grandchildren had such a wonderful time, so we will definitely be back!
