The rooms were decently sized and even had their little patio out the back. It was quite clean.

It was a bit of a maze to get to the room. We didn't have any additional amenities with the stay, even though this hotel cost twice as much as some other places we stayed in the area. Plenty to do at the hotel, but no literature in the room promoting any of it. Two weeks ago, I stayed at a resort hotel, and they gave me a voucher for the restaurant. Everything at this place was extra and not well publicized.

Very cool interiors. Well done. Playing Jenga was fun by the amazing fireplace. The pools were nice. We went to Adventure Town with our teen and his 5 yr old sister. She had a blast on the kids zip lines.

The beer was a little flat on draft at the bar. Could be a touch colder. I think the beer lines need to get cleaned I had the IPA and the Kolsch (I think)

the location is most definitely beautiful! you get a wow factor just walking through the entrance. really enjoyed the more of a rustic type of look. it is clean!

for this price and the fact that it’s considered a resort I feel that they cheaped out on some things. sure the property is a bit older and that’s understandable but for the price they charge they should at least include breakfast and not make you pay for it. bathroom amenities could of been a bit better. it’s almost as though they want to make you pay for every single additional thing.

The beds at Crowne are always amazing. So comfy. It was quiet.

There was hair in the tub. I didn't like having to clean it before I used it. There was a bug in the curtain but that's not a huge issue. Just scared of bugs. When I arrived the front desk receptionist was not very friendly or welcoming. No smile... business as usual. Room needs a microwave. I couldn't warm up left overs for the next day.

My first room was unacceptable. Very dirty and smelly. I was offered a much better one. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were every tentative and nice. Dinner was great. Just enough to fill me. The location will hidden away from the hustle and bustle of the City which is great.

I didn't like that the balcony was dirty with cobwebs.

cleaners knocked on door early on leaving day , but hotel said cleaning was only by demand and therefore didn’t come on first full day but as said , knocked early to clean room on last day

The staff was friendly & welcoming from the receptionist to the staff at Overlook restaurant. Our room was clean, the air filter was clean, it looked almost new. Breakfast was great & dinner was phenomenal. Chef Amy really outdoes herself!

The room was dim. The lobby was freezing, the heater & fireplace couldn't keep up with the revolving door & freezing temps.

The size of the rooms were nice. It is in a quiet location. Easy to get to downtown. A lot of restaurants and shopping places nearby.

The biggest drawback for this hotel was having housekeeping try to come into the room 2 hours before checkout time without even knocking. Luckily we had the door locked with the latch up top to stop them from barging in. We even had the "do not disturb " sign on the doorknob.

Everything! Location is accessible. A lot of land to wander around on. Nice amenities! Older building but remodeled nicely, has character! All the staff we encountered treated us like regulars…Ryan made us feel welcome from the time we got out of the car through the entire trip! Demo really showed concern about every part of our trip and welcomed us in the dining room every time! They are exceptional employees and I hope corporate knows how blessed they are to have these two! Every staff member treated us kindly and we will definitely be back!!!

I’d have to really think hard to find anything to complain about. Everything was better than average!

Great service.Food was wonderful. Had Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly employees. Very quiet Lobby and bar area are very nice

Rooms and hallways need to be updated the restaurant could use some updating also
