My partner and I would like to say how amazing our stay was. From the very moment we arrived, we loved the exterior. We knew we were in for a treat. We couldn't have been more correct. This place is incredible. We walked in and were greeted by the most professional and friendly front desk employee. I apologize, but I can't remember her name. She really took the time to answer any and all questions, which was wonderful because we were not familiar with the area. She even assisted us in finding charging stations for our vehicle. Every step we took towards our room was filled with visual joy. All the interior styling was so freaking cool. Once we walked into the room, our jaws dropped. We couldn't believe how spacious and well laid out everything was. So many details and accommodations were thought through. We honestly didn't want to leave. Haha. We also had the pleasure to try out the restaurant downstairs the Golden Hour, and that was amazing as well. We sat at the bar, and the bartenders were incredible. Like the front area staff, they were so nice and informative, very knowledgeable of the menu, and helped us with our decisions. The food and drinks were amazing. We honestly can not wait to return to Asheville, and for the sole reason is to stay here again. Thank you to all of the staff which made our experience quite possibly the best travel experience we've ever had. We will be back!!!!

Very friendly staff. Comfy rooms. Great restaurants onsite and it's in a cool neighborhood outside of downtown. Also, their bathrooms are just amazing.

There was only one hook in the bathroom! Also, the hotel hallways were really cold, overly air-conditioned. As a result, the room was also very cold and it was hard to adjust my room temp to be more comfortable.

I love old buildings and they did a great job of repurposing this one. The artwork was amazing, graffiti on the walls cool and it has high end amenities and is super clean. There are plenty of nice places to eat or drink nearby. I have stayed at so many hotels that have been forgotten, I will never forget this one and hope to stay there again.

I can’t say there is anything that I didn’t like. There really isn’t any parking at the front of the address when you check in but plenty as drive down the road to the back side.

The staff, rooms, design, and location were excellent. The owners did a phenomenal job and spared no expense. The rooftop and restaurant were also very good. Whoever hired the designer of the hotel deserves a bonus and job well done.

Valet guy working Wednesday afternoon, January 31st was in a foul mood. If someone isn't good at customer service they shouldn't be the first one you see at the front door. The guest checking in front of me complained so it wasn't just me. Front desk said he was very rude but worked for an independent 3rd party company.

The hotel layout and art are excellent, one of the best setups I've seen. The rooms are also quite nice, with cool art and lots of attention to details.The rooftop bar is excellent along with the cafe and restaurant.

Water pressure is lower than expected. The electrical seemed to have a few issues as well. A dresser or additional table in the room would help .These things are expected with a new property like this and I expect they will be worked out soon.

Really nice and unique hotel. I cannot stress enough that the location is A+. It’s literally probably the best location for a hotel in Asheville. You’re right in the River Arts District. Easy drive to downtown, South Slope, West Asheville, etc. You can tell they’re putting a lot of effort into the customer experience. They also have a cool roof top bar. We felt like the price is very reasonable for everything that it offers.

The public spaces are great ... plenty of options. Coffee shop, rooftop bar, and restaurant were all well above average. Staff very approachable and responsive. Finishes in room (suite) high quantity.. with an edge. The whole place celebrates art.

A Coffee "credit is issued for use in the coffeeshop which opens at 7. I really like a cup first thing (6:30). A In room service for coffee and evening tea would be great.

Everything was incredible- the decor, the vibes, the room, the rooftop bar, the staff, the lobby bar. I have no complaints, and it was one of the most comfortable nights of sleep that I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’m recommending it to everyone I know- if I’m ever in Asheville again, this will be the only place I stay!

Loved the decor - very interesting. I had a breakfast bun which was delicious. Room was spacious and the small sofa was a nice touch. The little packaged bags of ice were great. I was having trouble figuring out the parking sign up and the hostess went outside and did it for me.

The coffee system was a bit odd - I prefer something like a nespresso or keirig

The Radical was a pleasant surprise. We loved it and its location. The eclectic feel was awesome, and it was very quiet. Close to everything within a few minutes' drive.

The After Glow coffee shop was somewhat disappointing. We asked for latte's extra hot, and we were lucky if they were warm. Breakfast sandwiches were also disappointing.
