The staff were really attentive, smile and friendly. Bedroom was clean.
The building could be a little more clean in the lobby, the furniture was dirty, to be honest i didn't want sit on them, I tried every single one, but not luck. The elevator was really outdated and dirty, at least remodeled would be a little nicer. Cigarette smell all over in the hallways and elevator. The room bathroom need TLC, the toilet sit was loose, shower tile was coming off. Maybe change the benches outside.

Actually, I had a bad stay at a Baymont in Wilmington a couple of years ago so I was hesitant to do this. The person at the desk was great even though she had handled a difficult person in line before me. She adjusted professionally, smiled, and moved on. The room had both microwave and refrigerator and coffeemaker. I don't remember which two the one in Wilmington did not but I remember being disappointed.

This location did not serve breakfast at all. But on line it say they do. But over all we had fun.
More towels and a remote control that works on the tv.

It was clean an comfy reception was nice and friendly.
Listening to an unhappy customer telling the clerk she was NOT paying for damage done to her room. I think this shouldn't have been handled in front of customers.
