I thought a continental breakfast would have been included

The attitude of the employee when we called to make reservations on the phone. She was rude, told us no rooms were available, and we had to book online, we might find one. That employee was not pleasant at all. We booked online but when we got to the hotel we asked if they had any rooms available and she said yes, which surprised us. I then told her we had booked online and showed her my confirmation. This employee was very friendly, polite and helpful. She was a joy to work with and explained everything to us. When we got to our room, we didn’t have enough towels for 4 and she gladly gave us what we needed. Great job

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is close to a mall, shops, and restaurants. I would stay here again in the future.

It was difficult to find parking because I didn't know that the hotel shares parking with the restaurants next door. Once I spoke with the staff they said that I can park in any available space.

The location was the best . You are 10 to 15 min max from everywhere you may want to visit in Charlotte. The perfect spot with great traffic.

Size of the pool . Congestion of parking lot if the Tavern next door is showing a fight or game .

The room was very beautiful and comfortable. Quay at the front desk began our stay with a very friendly greeting, provided all information needed and made me feel as a valued guest. I will definitely be staying with Courtyard again.

There was nothing I didn't like

I was traveling from Virginia to Charlotte to visit my son and niece and do some volunteer work OCC. The building was lovely and the rooms were spacey.

More than one trash can in a room would have been nice the only trash can I find in my space was the one in the living/bedroom area. I did not have a trash can in the bathroom. My last disgruntle, when I called to see if this hotel had an closer location towards Concord, the rep was more concern about letting me know the reservation only could be cancel and not trying to see if you had another hotel closer to Concord.

Very clean hotel, spacious bathroom, bed was comfortable, the staff were great and good location to Charlotte!

Please get new pillows, those were some of the most uncomfortable pillows I've slept on at a hotel.

the building was updated and clean. it was combined with the Residence Inn, which is a good idea. The room was clean and pleasant.

I would suggest all showers have detachable shower heads for cleaning purposes, especially for female guests.

Very clean hotel. Super nice staff. 1 or 2 blocks away from the highway, so I was able to get to all my destinations within 15 minutes. Dunkin Donuts in the same parking lot for your morning coffee!

Front desk not too cordial.She was on her personal phone while checking me in & gave minimal customer service.

I love the set up of the room. The sofa was comfortable and the bed was nice and spacious.

When you stay with courtyard the breakfast is not free. You receive a 10 dollar credit for each person that stays in the room.The room would get hot in the middle of the night other than that my stay was wonderful.
