I slept in every morning and didn't get to eat any of the breakfast meals. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet and I enjoyed my 4 night stay. The shopping and the restaurants in a 20mile radius was very pleasing. We truly enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was gracious and helpful. Thank you DoubleTree.
The commode itself was too low to the floor. Upgrades to a more standard height would be great. Seniors, tall folks and aging adults could use that extra inch or two. The bathroom was very clean with a walk-in shower, and plenty of towels, soap, lotion, and toiletries. Not complaining about the Bathroom, itself but at my age one or two inches on the height of that commode would have made a huge difference.

Customer service was wonderful
That's your schedule bus only go 3 Miles to the airport and people do take the train. And that's 6 Miles I think it should be changed and, Accommodate everyone, not just the people who's flying in. Other than that, everything went well. Thank you for your customer service.

I did not have breakfast is was a little pricey but the location was fine. So we checked out early so that we can go get breakfast but the overall hotel was nice and the employees was nice and had excellent customer service.
The room was clean but the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. It took a while for the elevator to arrive. I was told over the phone that we would be able to have a cot placed in our room once we got there I was told that we couldn't. I called a day early to make sure and the customer service rep. looked up my reservations and saw that the rooms I booked was a room with 2 queen beds and said that I will be able to have a cot. But when I checked in It was told to me that I couldn't. Also, the pool could have been clean it was really dirty.

No continental breakfast. The outside was very plain. Not very attractive. The WiFi was not free if you did not sign up for a program.

I did not like the curved window. It made the room feel very small. The size of the shower wasn't very wide.

Great location. Room was in excellent condition. Plenty of linens. I love the king deluxe room. Spacious sitting room with couch, tv, mini fridge and microwave. Parking was easy.
Elevator was slow. Might need an upgrade.
