We really liked room 211. It was tidy and clean and easy to get to by stairs (did not have to wait for the elevator). Bed was very comfortable. Location of the hotel was very convenient for us.

Carpets throughout the hotel (corridors and stairs) are dirty. Elevator next to the main entrance was broken. Pool was closed. Originally we were in room 522 but had there was a leak from the aircon upstairs and water was pouring down our window. There were not too many items left for breakfast even if we came down early. Our keys worked only for one day at a time so every day we needed to get them activated again.

Really pleasant place, just a few minutes from the airport. Fitness center and pool included!

breakfast was lovely with great coffee and fresh fruit, as well as fun things like waffles. And it was already available at 5 pm! This is so nice when you need to catch an early morning flight. Also, the shuttle drivers were exceptional!

I think that the whole place just needs a bit of TLC: a bit of paint here and there and some new carpet in the hallways would just make it all look a bit more attractive. However, everything that matters works well and is comfortable. Beds, showers, spaciousness of the room, work space, and even the room coffee were excellent.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of outlets and lighting. T try the AC was working perfectly and the bathroom had everything I could need including extra towels. The staff was extremely accommodating and easily reachable.

The problem is the breakfast was piss poor in quality. There was lots of starch (cereal, waffles, and muffins) but there was no eggs, bacon, or sausage. If you’re expecting a continental Hilton breakfast, don’t. Because you won’t get one. And while the room itself was great, I was promised a mini fridge but the one in my room didn’t work so I had nowhere to store my food and had to continually order takeout which the drivers had a hard time delivering because the sign for the hotel wasn’t lit up so they couldn’t find the place easily. These issues alone should have knocked another $15+ off the price per night.

Adequate breakfast, with good make-your-own waffle bar. Room was clean. They made me feel welcome. It was much more comfortable than a Hyatt that cost more than twice as much.

No one at front desk when I arrived and I waited about ten minutes for someone to show up. Place could use some trim painting and a bit of a face lift, but it was clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed. Good shower, too. There is a hidden, non-refundable $25 fee for a dog. Should be up fronnt about this.

That bed forgives a lot of minor isues of which there were far fewer.

The pool was closed awaiting inspection, not exactly their falut but it is still listed as an anemity. The elvator closest to the front desk was out of order. The hall carpet in the lowest floor really needs replaing. These aren't deal breakers, though I deliberately picked a hotel with a pool in making my selection.

The breakfast was amazing and the hotel is located around many out door restaurants

I personally choose this hotel cus of the pool but on checked in , was told the pool is temporarily close waiting for approval 🤐🥴 Secondly a $100 is a most security deposit which was not mention and they refused accepting cash for the deposit and insisted only card

Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle to and from airport was fine. Room was large, clean, well equipped with microwave and fridge. Quiet location. Was only there for one night, so didn't use facilities really. Good airport stopover hotel.

Was nothing to do with the hotel, not their fault, but be aware there is nowhere to eat within walking distance of this hotel. There is a gas station convenience store across the street.

The carpet throughout the location was absolutely filthy. Plus the elevator closest to the checkout desk was down. In addition to that, the ice machine on my floor was not working. Had to go to another floor or the lobby for ice. Although I asked for a blow dryer for my room, I never got it.

The waffle bar was wonderful. Also loved the fact that yogurt and fresh fruits were offered, because when you travel with kids they change their mind so often it was nice to have options.

We experienced 2 issues durning our stay. The washing machine did not work. The main issue was we had put our bedding outside side the door due to accident. I notified the housekeeper but after leaving for a few hours we did not have anything replaced. The housekeeper told me that she only handled checkouts, so I went to the front desk and was given everything needed to remake the bed including fresh towels.
