The beds were very comfortable and I liked the layout of the room. The TV was mounted to the wall too, so it left space for other things. The room was a good size, it was very clean. The breakfast was great, and staff was helpful and great.

The toilet was slow or not wanting to flush, there were pretty big scuffs or scratches all over the doors in the room. There was mold on top of the ceiling crevice in the shower. I kept having issues with the outlets being loose. And sometimes my items were plugged in and they didn't work. I did overhear another guest talking about money being stolen by someone out of their room along with all of their towels, not my experience, but important to think about.

I think the breakfast at this location is the best feature overall. The breakfast is hot with a large selection. The menu today was gravy biscuits, eggs, waffles, grits, oatmeal, bagels, sweet rolls, cereal come up toast, fresh fruits and juice and milk. Usually there's a meat serves such as a sausage patties or bacon or something but it was gravy and biscuits today. I had 2 servings.

There isn't much to complain about this place it has everything that I need if I could change something it would be the laundry using quarters only it should have an upgrade where you can use a debit card

The location was great!

The kitchen staff, she was very rude. I understand that breakfast is over at 9:30 but to turn the lights off with a dining room full of people was very rude. She also turned off the television and was talking peoples cups off the table. One person had to run her down for there coffee. Just unacceptable honestly! Everything else was great! Very pleasant front desk staff and housekeepers!

I'm like that is was in a Very Good Location from where our event was taking place, Good location for stores, gas stations etc.

I only had one problem and that was the air not working properly in the room but then the VAN Driver which I assume he plays more than one roll at this property because he came up and handled the situation PROFESSIONALLY & EFFECTIVELY and got my Air working.. I slept like a baby!! I wish I knew his name to personally add how much of a Great Help he is to this facility.. 😊

I like that the staff was very accommodating and very nice. I would recommend this place to my family and friends when they go to Charlotte. I really enjoyed my stay.

I did not like the bathroom. The bathroom is very outdated. The housekeeper needs to vacuum the floor. Someone was smoking. The guest washer machine broke.

This was an unexpected stay because of the weather. The shuttle service was great and the room was comfortable and big. The price was right as well. Breakfast was basic, but fine.

The TV ended up stopping in the middle of the night. It wouldn’t turn back on at all, but I didn’t plan to watch it much so I didn’t bother the staff about it .

The location was perfect. You were right in the middle of a lot of extra activities. They have multiple restaurants around the area. Couldn't ask for a better location!

Convenience of location and cost efficiency.

Had to sleep in our car a few hours because they couldn’t accommodate early check in even by a few hours.
