The fact that they charged my card for the 13 the to the 14th but I've checked out on the 13th before checkout time and now since the put took my money off my card now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get refunded and I have no money to get another hotel what am I supposed to do n the cold freezing with my son.

Room was very neat & clean, staff was very friendly and fresh sheets & towels were made available daily. They provided adequate help when needed and overall area was safe, with great security on the premises.

The front counter people were ok but made a few mistakes they accidentally put my card under another person's name because they were on the phone so they didn't pay attention like they should I felt as if they were slow but overall it was fine

The room was a good size and the bed was great, since I have a bad back. It was just what i needed.
I did not like the toilet. It was too low for me since I'm tall and I have bad knees. Sitting down on it was a little ruff. But I mad it work.

The breakfast was okay. I miss the buffet breakfast but I understand due to covid. The location was excellent you need everything the restaurants shopping mall very good
I had a little problem in the room with the bathroom the commode was stopped up but maintenance came and fixed it. Everything else was good clean smell good

Clean and comfortable
When I arrived the reception was closed, I had to go to a side window to pay, the man who was there asked me for my card password because the machine did not arrive at the window, I found it very strange, in the end he let me in through the door to put the password.
