Staff was super friendly and courteous. Danica was very engaging yet professional she was nice enough to take a photo of my granddaughter and I. The Room was very clean upon arrival and I loved the handwritten welcome card. The rainfall shower was awesome! I did not want to get out. The breakfast was hearty. There was hot and cold variety a bit of something for everyone. Except for the Tea selections.

My booking said 5 miles from the venue. That was not true. Upon booking I was quoted one price as definite. The exact words were that's all you pay! Upon arrival, I was told that there was a $32 hold for incidentals, but I would receive only $20 back if there were no incidents. I was told that the computer rounds up automatically what is that? Maybe add peppermint tea to the tea selections.

I like the look of the hotel and workout room; was excellent. Pool with make shift waterfall was nice as well. Room was spacious and great; the bathroom was stellar. I will stay here again next time Im in town. Breakfast was excellent

AC came on though it was set to off but didnt stay on long. Other than that nothing to much else.

The staff were very nice! My room was very modern and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had this great rain shower from the ceiling. The lighting around the bathroom mirror is also perfect for doing makeup.

It wasnt a huge deal, but when I order doordash to my hotel room its because I dont want to go to the lobby. Here you have to. Thats the only thing and it wasnt bad it just wasnt my preference.

The staff was helpful and professional. The room was great - clean, modern, expected size, comfortable bed and chairs. Location was near the mall and other shopping, as well as restaurants and fast food places.

The trip would have been exceptional were it not for the bar service. There were not basic liquors available to make cocktails - not even a mojito! And although the bartender was very friendly and tried her best to make substitutes, she did not know basic, popoular drinks and recipes (Google would help) Then if the bar was not properly stocked it was impossible anyway. Breakfast served 6:30 am to 9:00am was just too early for a vacation trip.

Open space, modern amenities with most everything included in the room (e.g. microwave, kettle, mini-fridge, safe, iron and ironing board, etc.).

Unsure why there wasn't any toothpaste in the bathroom or why it had to be requested from the front desk. Also, very narrow space between the beds and the bathroom entryway.

I would rather had bar soap but the quality of the shampoo & body wash was very good. It’s hard to say anything negative, I have stayed here before and will stay again if the need arises

I liked the spacious accommodations. The design aesthetic was very nice and modern, and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.

We couldn't use the pool because the weather was awful. It would have been nice to have an indoor or covered pool that we could have utilized.

Staff was very friendly. Check in was easy. The room was better than I expected. The tub and shower were great. The bar was cool. It was nice to not have to leave the hotel to have a drink and relax

The water pressure in the shower could have been a little stonger. Wish the bar stayed open longer.

The continental breakfast was amazing just like the location. Minutes from the mall, food, and nightlife. The hotel smelled good and the room was comfortable and clean.

The bar closing also early. It would be nice if y'all stayed opened a little later on a Fri or Sat night.

The room was so nice and clean. Staff was friendly the little interacted with them. The woman cleaning up from breakfast didn't mind when I swing through as we checked out to grab a beagle (it was part 9, after breakfast closed) she was very pleasant and helpful.

On the 5th floor, it takes 10 minutes for the hot water to make it to the shower. I just thought it was working or out but towards the end of my shower the water had gotten hot.
