The property was in the area of the funeral we were there to attend.

We had a problem with the first room assigned. The young lady on duty was approx. 8 months pregnant and committed to getting the issue fixed. When she couldn’t fix it, she switched us to another room. Kudos to her for going the extra mile!!!

Staff was very cordial. I had an issue in my bathroom that was addressed very quickly. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was very limited. There were very few options for people who do not eat meat. There was no sliced bread to make toast. Still,overall not bad. The coffee was okay.

I loved the breakfast. I especially loved the area in which it was served. It was very clean. I had an issue with the preparer telling my son that he needed to slow down with eating breakfast.

I liked my room. The TV was not the same size as the one in the other rooms. There was a pungent smell in the bathroom coming from the toilet and the sink area. Room 308 should not be rented until those things are fixed.

I prefer hotels with hot tubs. I wanted to refill my water bottle but I’m not sure if possible in the lobby. Trays taped in water fountains to prevent use and other water dispensers had a light saying “self-cleaning.” Some hairs in shower.

Very Clean Room and Staff very pleasant.

Ask for room service for Saturday, after being gone from 8 - 4 on Saturday at an event we came back to the room to find out that housekeeping had not cleaned the room so that was the only complaint

The staff working the breakfast bar were extremely rude and absolutely no customer service. And I did not appreciate getting charged twice for taxes on my room

Breakfast was delicious and quite a variety. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. My room was comfy and having complimentary snacks in the room was right on time. I would recommend and stay again.

location was good for what we needed. location was very clean for a older hotel.

tried to check in around 3:40pm. check in time was 3:00pm to 12:00am. we had to come back later to check in. all the staff was great except the breakfast cooking staff. they treated white guest a lot different from black guest. didn’t feel like they liked there jobs at all.

The breakfast was good. Especially during the tough times that we're in with the Covid-19 Pandemic. The staff was friendly and very hospitable

The Hotel is under renovation, the floors / carpet on the floors getting to the rooms on the 2nd floor with filled with dirt and scraps of things from the renovation

Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Housekeeping was extremely nice. Nice large, clean room and bathroom.
