I love everything about this hotel. Have stayed several times.

When I went to check in, the system was down. I returned at a later time and my special request could not be honored. If I was able to check in when I arrived the first time, it would have been honored. The last night of my stay, there was a crying baby in the next room that kept me up half the night. Those were the only dislikes for this stay.

The room was so clean! I travel a lot for work and to visit family so it's important to me to find a comfy and clean hotel to stay in. This place was perfect! The room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. I'm looking forward to staying here again when I travel back to NC for Christmas.

The only thing I didnt like was that I couldnt stay longer. Unfortunately I had to go back home and back to work.

The bed and linens were SUPER comfortable! Breakfast was hot & ready each morning. Proximity to the interstate.

Guests a few doors down yelling, fighting with each other every day/night.

The breakfast itself was awesome. We got in the 10 minutes before closing. The kitchen staff lady was irritated. She bumped into me twice. I guess she was upset that we came at her clean up time

Had an issue with reservation getting auto-cancelled at 0500 when I tried to check-in at 0515 despite calling several times warning them I would be checking in VERY late. Management fixed the issue, but caused a little delay/frustration. Otherwise, everything was great.

Even though I booked specifically a dog friendly room, they charged me an extra $35 per day for my pet. The booking process didn’t disclose this.

It's an older facility but you can tell it's freshly renovated. The beds are super comfortable and the staff was amazing.

The only negative I could possibly say is location little tough to find but not terrible.

Perfect location near interstate and amenities. LOVED the hotel is pet friendly and I was able to travel with and have my senior pup along.

I love staying at the sleep in because of location, location, location. It's comfortable too. Love their water pressure too from the shower. Their amenities are simple yet useful.

I didn't like that the curtains, the linen, the bath mat & carpet were dingy. There was a red stain on the curtain no idea what it was. The linen whiteness is fading, the bath mat needs to be changed & the carpet is trying to hold up.
