Loved the location! Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was ok...pancake maker was out of "bags" both mornings but other than that pretty good selection.

Breakfast area was not large enough to accommodate all guests. Chairs were peeling leather off on clothes and all around floor.

The breakfast area was great. I believe the name of the wonderful lady overseeing the breakfast name was Angie, she was very pleasant and took pride in her job. I loved that it was pet friendly!

My bed was uncomfortable and you couldn’t shut the curtains all of the way. I used a hair clip so it could be dark but new blackout curtains would be perfect. Also there was a very loud speaking lady working the breakfast the last 2 days that had no problem discussing her personal business with the other.

Location is great. Hotel is always clean. We have stayed at this location several times. Breakfast is well maintained and good variety.

Price is a bit high but we knew it would be a solid hotel from previous experience

Exceptionally friendly staff. Breakfast was clean and staff was very friendly and welcoming which I don’t even get back home at our small restaurants. Beds were comfy.

The price but I don’t travel with hotels much. With a family of 5, it’s unaffordable to use hotels.

Good Breakfast plenty of selections. Easy access All around good place to stay. Friendly staff I recommend this hotel for your visit to Mt Airy. Easy parking and plenty of it.

We had a wonderful stay with our little dog, Annie Lyn. The room was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. The main entrance was lovely coming and going each day. The manager went above and beyond in all aspects there. We had a fire alarm event early one morning. All was well. We didn't have to leave our room. The breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. Great way to start each day of sight seeing. I do recommend you stay there.

I really had no issues. There were concerns with the working mechanisms of the locks on the doors. Everyone tried hard to fix it. The maintenance crew was friendly and responsive if we needed anything. Overall it was well staffed with a nice group of people doing their best to keep you comfortable. We stayed 4 nights.

The breakfast was fantastic. The whole facility was very clean and fresh. The pool was amazing for the kids but was very humid in there.great pet walk area.

I loved to find a Brazilian person working there. She was so nice and friendly, I forgot her name but she was in the reception. Thank you for being so nice! And we loved the breakfast, very good!
