My small, leashed dog was attacked and injured in the motel parking lot by an out-of-control, unleashed German Shepherd belonging to another guest. That guest then fled the scene (rapidly left the motel in their vehicle) without providing me with any information. The motel staff, including Hannah (desk clerk), Jamie (desk clerk) and "H" (assistant manager) were extremely helpful in helping me identify this individual. Without their help, I would not have been able to get the information I needed. I am extremely grateful to the Red Roof Inn staff for handling this situation appropriately and efficiently.

Easy access with multiple entry points to the hotel floors. There were also two restaurant options and gas on site. Conveniently next to I77 for easy transgress. Had a nice outdoor space for animals and a gazebo for people. Parking lot had multiple cameras and front desk confirmed vehicle to maintain a close eye on it.

There weren’t any noticeable elevators for handicapped patrons. I’m assuming there is a main elevator but I didn’t see it or others.

Clean, Comfortable, was on our route.. Pet Friendly and no extra fees for our 2 dogs. Staff was friendly and helpful for recommending good restaurants nearby.

The free breakfast was a stretch to call it breakfast.. more like instant type coffee and some store style mini muffins... and cereal. Good selection of creamers though. And orange juice. For us the Pros outweigh the weak breakfast offerings.

very clean rooms with everything we needed in the room. we only stayed one night but could easily stay longer. will stop again when traveling through Virginia.

the only thing I found troublesome was that our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. I am disabled and was unable to climb the steps up to our room. The staff quickly accommodated us with a ground floor room of the same value. so I think this property should let people know that there is no elevator and you’ll have to use the stairs for lugging your luggage to your second floor room.

Second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first! Very clean, safe, and comfortable. We had a very bad experience at a hotel about 45 minutes away. We left that hotel within the hour and took the drive here because it is such a comfortable place to rest. 10/10 take the drive and come here if you're looking for a hotel around the area. It's worth it. Not far from the interstate and easy to get out of to get back on the road.

Quiet, Clean, Convenient. Good Internet service

Breakfast - we don't eat the kind of stuff (continental) that was (minimally) available, some additional types of fruit (bananas, oranges), boiled eggs and yogurt would have been nice. Low quality TV sets but we weren't there to watch TV. (not a dislike just a comment)

Comfortable overnight stay in a basic but well-equipped room. Breakfast was help-yourself and basic (no hot food), but fine for filling up with cereal and toast before heading off. The hotel is handy for exploring the Blue Ridge Parkway. Recommend the Mexican restaurant next door for evening meal!

Staff was very friendly at check in. Room was very clean! I left an item in the room at check out. Realized it about an hour down the road. Called the hotel and they were so helpful! Checked for the item and handled getting it shipped back to me!

Only complaint is the shower was slow draining. By the end of the shower there was a couple of inches of water standing.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants in the area. It's close proximity to the expressway was nice because we didn't have to search for it and it made for a quick start on the following day.

Clean, parking lot well lit, great value. Perfect place to stay on our travel route. Decent tv and channel selection. Clean hard floors, no dingy carpet. Our room was on the backside and didn't notice any noise from the highway or other guests. Secure access to rooms.

Not much space in the room due to 2 queen beds taking up most of it. Completely adequate and 2 queens is better than 2 fulls. No beverages for the kids at breakfast; juice machine was broken :(
