Location is nice on beach,can walk to pier and restraunts.has frig and stove and there are some kitchen supplies..large enuff room for a small family and a few days at beach.

Our back door would not work with key manager said he would fix it,he did not.there was a major plumbing problem in whole place again manager did not keep us informed we had to keep calling to find out when fixed..needs some paint and updating..and fill the soap dispensers if you are going to have them.

It's a nice place to stay. Nothing over the top and yet comfortable. The view from the balcony makes it worth it!

Awesome view of the ocean and easy walk to the pier. We had a large room with a kitchen. It was great to be able to cook our meals and watch the sun set or wake up to having our coffee as the sun came up! Easy to check in and out. Short drive to restaurants and activities. Clean room and very comfortable bed with good size flat screen tv with plenty of channels. Indoor pool and hot tub ended our days with exercise and relaxation. The entire motel is kept spotless. Staff super helpful and friendly. This is the best motel for your money and vacation.

On the balcony on the outside porch, there is a gap above and below ,between the rooms. And being a women and a mother I can’t help but think about things like this, but if you were to leave the back door unlocked, and somebody was next-door in the other room, they could easily climb underneath. Not that that would probably ever happen, but you asked what I didn’t like and that was the only thing Lol other than that, the place is pretty great. Beautiful view on rooms, cozy. Wish you guys served breakfast Though but all in all wonderful!

The close proximity to both the beach and the surrounding accommodations/attractions was a big plus. This is very central between the North and South beach areas and most of the locations we wanted to access were usually only required a 20 minute drive.

Cleanliness could have been a bit better. We are at the beach, but there was still sand in the room when we arrived. We were on the 2nd floor and thought we'd have a kitchenette, but that was not a deal breaker. We utilized the microwave and fridge, which worked fine. Finally, the furniture needs updated/cleaning as there were some odd odors coming about when we stored belongings in the drawers.

Had a nice view of the ocean from the 2nd floor, room 11. The balcony looking out at the beach had 2 comfortable chairs. The room had a small kitchen that provided the option of staying and having a meal. They're pet friendly without having signs of previous pets staying in the rooms. Also, there were chairs outside the front door of the rooms allowing street view and a bridge view off in the distance. This part of the beach is more family friendly, pretty low key. There is also nearby attractions for the family including parasailing.

It's good to know ahead of time that the balcony chairs have a connecting table that comes out when the chairs are moved or pulled apart. knowing this ahead of time could prevent injury since the small table has some weight to it and creates a loud noise when it drops. This noise was frequently heard throughout the stay. So a good FYI would be nice.

I honestly loved everything about this property. The staff was very welcoming, the stairs are honestly not as bad as other reviews make it seem. The room has everything you would basically need, dishes, dish soap, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner, fridge, stove, tv, balcony, great lighting. They also have a good amount of outlets if you have multiple things to charge. The pool is very nice also we only got to enjoy the hot tub this time but it is definitely worth testing out! Will definitely be back for another stay!

The only thing that I would change about this place is a new lock on our door because we had to fidget with it for a good minute to get it to lock properly but it wasn’t really a big deal we got it locked after pushing the door in a little

I loved having an indoor pool (for when it rained), an outdoor pool (when we were tired of the beach), being right on the beach (and it was a nice beach), and a kitchen (we didn't want to eat out every meal). Part of our family was in a room on the ground floor. This was perfect for the kids. There was a "backdoor" to the room that went right into sand. So the kids could go and play in the sand while we worked in the room to get everything ready to head out to the beach. Or they played in the sand while we got a meal ready. There were a number of grocery stores which made it easy to buy food if needed and the prices at the grocery store were not inflated. The motel had ice which was really nice when it was hot out or when we needed ice for our cooler. Lots of great restaurants around if you want to eat out. The beach area at the motel is great. We walked about 2 miles each way on the beach and it was very nice and enjoyable.

I wish all of the rooms that we had reserved had two queen beds instead of two full beds. (Two queen beds in a room is not an option.) We needed two beds in a room because of the kids. It just would've been nice to have two queens so that there would've been more room for sleeping. The rooms are a little dated, but that was no big deal. The rooms were very clean with room to walk around. We loved it!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room very adequate and clean. Loved the view from our balcony.

Our room was spacious and clean and our beach view between the dunes was fantastic! The family took advantage of all 3 pools, the spa, and both the front and back balconies. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was ample, easy parking for our vehicles and outdoor seating. It was wonderful and affordable without being extravagant. Just a simple, great beach motel!

One thing that could have been nicer is having a low spray nozzle to wash our feet outside the pool and on the walkway to the beach. There is only a high one. A designated place to chain our bikes would be great. And a better coffee pot in the room. These aren't no means deal breakers though.
