Breakfast was very good, southern quisine and served by a friendly young lady (who has been working there for only three weeks). She was very nice and informative about the area.
The rug in out room kept catching on the door creating a tripping hazard (my wife did trip). Would recommend taping it down for safety (or removing it entirely.

I liked the staff's kindness and attentiveness. I was also happy about the location of the Inn as well as the thoughtfulness in the presentation of the room with our added romance platter.
I'm not used to certain insects being around on the balcony but it is what it is and I thought the shower could have been cleaned a little better but again not something that would not make me want to stay again.

Breakfast was great. The location was convenient for walking to stores and Festival Park.
The coffee machine did not provide acceptable regular coffee.

This is a gorgeous property. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a snack ready for each room at 3 pm. They also provide drinks, water, wine, beer, and chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches.
The only thing that we didn’t like about the property was the steps going up to the 3rd level. They were a little tough to navigate with baggage, but definitely not a deal breaker.

There were so many extra amenities which we did not expect, all of the staff was super friendly, but Liz was our expert guide to the area. From homemade ice-cream sandwiches to the four course breakfast, everything was top notch. We wish we had more time there and will stay there again.

Every staff member was incredible. They were professional, but made you feel like a guest in their house. Lee and Topanga were the ones we interacted with the most. Lee is an excellent cook and met all of our needs happily. Topanga was our wedding planner and she did a wonderful job taking care of everything. We literally just showed up and they did everything else.
The pillows could have been better.

The inn was very cozy and extremely quiet. We never heard a peep out of another guest until we saw them at breakfast the next morning.
