I liked that they are dog-friendly and that it is located by the beachfront. The breakfast is superb: consists of scrambled eggs, sausages, potatos, muffins, breads, waffle, cereals, yogurt and fruits. It is clean and the pool and beach access area is beautiful and relaxing. The incidentals or security deposit is only less than $40. They didn't charge me for any pet fee. It says no available parking but they do have free parking.

Location was nice, breakfast not bad.

First night I had bite marks on my back, back legs and arms. This itched so bad I didn’t do much at all. Staff wasn’t concerned at all when made aware of it. Manager told me pest control sprays monthly. Anything can happen from previous customers. Come home went to patient First was told they were bite marks gave me a RX for the itch. Management told me it was probably from the sand, I don’t go on the sand due to having 5 precancerous spots removed. Sometimes you pay for what you get, in my case it was me. Out my money and a Doctor’s visit.

Room was nice, and AC worked great! Breakfast was good, had eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, waffles, cereals. Great access the beach, and had a nice pool area also. It is in the middle of the island just off of the southern causeway, and provided great access to everything we did - it can be a 30 - 45 minute drive to some things, but it is a beautiful drive either going north or south so the length of drive didn't matter much to us.

While we were there the 2nd elevator was not working. This caused significant wait times to get up/down to the 7th floor.

Location was awesome, being right on the beach. Breakfast was also very good. Wifi was a little slow but manageable.

Front desk didn't put the charge on the credit card that was presented at check in. Instead it went to the booking card which we had asked them not to do. It would also have been nice to have them mention that daily maid service wasn't going to happen at check in. Towels were changed out and trash emptied but beds were left unmade. I understand if the hotel is short staffed, but just give guests a heads up please.

Breakfast at the hotel was great. Much to choose from and plenty of food! Pool was really nice and very clean! The hotel location right on the beach was awesome including the view! Housekeeping and front desk staff were most helpful when I needed anything. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn South Oceanfront.

More than one laundry location for guests. More variety in the soda vending machines. Some snack machines would be good.

The location was excellent! The staff were wonderful, and especially Jessica, who helped fix a problem with an original on- line pet friendly booking and turned it into an ocean front room with a balcony. She worked on the issue for 2 days, called back as promised, and really made a big difference in how well we were able to enjoy our accommodations at this hotel. Definitely recommend!

It was a bit dated, but the many positives, easily outweighed this.

This is our second time staying at this Comfort Inn. It is a perfect location for the beach. It also seems to be in an excellent location for traveling on to other islands. The room was very clean. There were many choices served at morning breakfast. All staff members were kind, pleasant, and very efficient.

The second elevator did not work. I understand that it had not worked all summer. Also, the ice machine on our floor did not work. These particulars need to be fixed or replaced in a timely manner. Even though I enjoy having pets, it was very annoying to be woken in the wee hours from dogs barking.

Breakfast is very good. My daughter and I ate outside on the deck and enjoy the ocean. Access to the beach was perfect. But we didn’t realize it until the second day. So we took a few extra steps down the blocks to get there. But that wasn’t a problem as we like to walk.😄

A room with more ocean view would have been nice, but from where we were, we could still see the beach and ocean. Trying to think hard about what we didn’t like. Hmmmmm. Can’t think of anything!

Location was amazing! Directly on the beach and our room had ocean view. The entire staff is super friendly and everyone seemed to love dogs!

The facility is a little outdated and our bathroom had issues draining the water in the bathtub and in the sink. The housekeeping missed a few days to make up our room and we needed to get fresh towels and toilet paper at the front desk on those days.

Breakfast was fine. I was not informed of any spa options. My trip was great, and I would book again.

I booked through Booking.com, and was not advised that there was an additional pet fee. I think that you should communicate with your 3rd party booking agency to disclose accurate and complete information to vacationers staying at your property.
