I like it all it’s really nice

I didn’t like how 6 guys are staying in a house beside us with out two kids under 2 and all 6 guys take turns pissing out side my back door and or around the house while be and my family has been staying here

excellent location & good overall value for the OBX

would expect a place that charges $200/night to have comfortable beds & not “cheap out” on basic maintenance items… improperly installed blinds (they worked, but come on now, they aren’t that hard to install properly) & other basic maintenance items that you’d expect to be at a certain level. I understand that the OBX rental game is all about the $$ but still expect companies to pay attention to what is actually happening with the properties.

We LOVED the location of the property, and honestly the size too. It was just right for our family of four! It was very clean just what we needed for an overnight. We would stay here again for sure!

The beds were the only thing we didn’t like about this property. Not one of us slept well because the beds were so u comfortable. Hard as rock. The linens were very clean though, so I’ll give them that!

Excellent location! We had an efficiency apartment, good size, fridge, stove, table and chairs, microwave, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, everything you need to make you feel right at home.

Could use a little sprucing up. Minor things could use some attention, like the chain lock on the door fell off and the curtain rod was pulled from the wall.

How accommodating the space / suite was, had everything you would need to get started. The beach was just a few steps up the dune, where there was a really nice public gazebo. Location not only is short walking distance from beach but close to many options for night life and food & beverages.

Parking was tight but made it work. Internet on TV did not work, but used hotspot on my phone to connect streaming on the TV.

That I was in walking distance to the beach was the best part. Kids liked the cats walking around. It was very kid friendly with space for them to play outside .

The cottage could have been a little cleaner! There was dirt in the couch cushions and on my bed. Hair ties in the dresser drawer. The pots and pans need new ones. The TV was very small.

Also, your advertising was very much different, than the actual cottage. Very deceiving btwn advertising and actual cottage. Almost false advertising. The picture on your site looked modern and updated, not 60 years old. Found out the cottage was actually built in the sixties. Owners should make some serious improvements immediately.

Quiet please pull close to the ocean close to everything else and plenty of good fishing spots the kitchen was well stocked and the grill outside was excellent

The fish cleaning station with hard to use it needs a step there to stand on and the light was burnt out a TV that hooked to Wi-Fi would have been great

The location was amazing , straight out of the holiday let and up onto the beach . Sat there til the sun went down and had a cuppa watching the sunrise this morning . Nice bedding , towels etc large fridge/freezer . Free Parking space too

Check in was difficult we had no info and when we arrived you had to call up a number but ours phones from the uk wouldn’t work . We had to ask another guest if we could use there mobile .

Our apartment was less than 100 feet from the ocean. The photo that Oceanside shows the gazebo were you can see the ocean and beautiful beach area. We loved how close we were to the beach. I have to walk with a cane and I was able to go up to the gazebo take photos and then go down to the beach to catch some rays. Loved it, loved it, love it. We had a great stay.
