The room was very clean, I especially liked that all of the linens smelled fresh and freshly laundered. I was extremely comfortable and impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I usually ask for new bed linens but did not feel that this was necessary due to the obvious cleanliness.

I felt the price point was a little high since the room did not include a living room as with other Hilton Garden Inn properties. That was an aspect I was looking forward to so that I could entertain guests a little more. It would also have been nice if there was a complimentary breakfast bar. I think breakfast should be included given the price point but this location only does Alacarte service at their restaurant.

I liked the beauty of the entire hotel. Great scenery inside the hotel, very clean and up to date rooms. Worth the money.

I didn’t like the fact that’s there’s not a lot of parking and the walk to the front of the hotel to the back where extra parking is can be a hike.

I rated a 9 out of minor things. We ate from the buffet and the eggs and grits were very dry. In my opinion there should be more pillows because they are so soft there is no support. Other than that property, location and cleanliness was amazing. I will definitely stay again. Oh and the lobby and hallways are great for selfies and photos❤️❤️

The location.

I didn't like that they didn't have any luggage carts when we checked in or out. the person checking us in didn't make any effort to find one. As a guest that's paying, we shouldn't have to make that many trips back and forth to our vehicle to carry our stuff. Didn't even apologize for the inconvenience nor make eye contact. it seemed as if I'm at work and didn't want to be bothered.

The king size room was decorated nicely and applicable for 1 to 2 people to stay...very clean and comfortable. The rooms are quiet too. The breakfast was excellent. You have a choice of the breakfast buffet or to order from a prepared menu. We ordered omelets made to order and they were delicious! Drinks hot and cold are included with your meal.

1. The toilets definitely need to be replaced. They are entirely too low to the floor...made for little kids. 2. Pillows are too soft...need to replace with firm pillows. 3. Need more handicapped parking spots.

SUPERB! From the time I entered the lobby throughout my stay, Loren and the team were superb! All the team at Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/ Crabtree Valley are courteous and professional. The property is safe, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The decor is beautiful throughout the hotel and exudes a calm and warmth mirrored by the employees there. If you need to eat in, no problem. The food is great! The room service meal is hot, fresh and made-to-order. I recommend Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/ Crabtree Valley.

We had breakfast on Saturday morning which was wonderful. I liked that the hotel is pet friendly. Overall, the hotel is really nice and offers all the amenities one could ask for!

Not sure why there is gratuity open on the receipt since breakfast was self serve. Also thought that $75 was pretty steep for the pet fee which was not stated anywhere on Booking.com when I booked the room.

I have never been treated so wonderfully. I felt very spoiled. We were so tired when we arrived and felt cared for as soon as we reached the desk. That treatment continued throughout our stay. Thank you!

It was amazing…beautiful decor, spotless, and the nicest staff I have ever met, and I travel quite a bit😀. We had to pay for our breakfast, but it was very good. You had a choice of buffet or foods prepared from a menu. The staff was extremely accommodating in the breakfast area as well.

The room was very clean and smelled amazing. The bathroom was literally sparkling lol. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff was nice at check in and out. Answered all questions. All other staff we encountered were pleasant. Pool area was clean and had towels avaliable. Location was great. Right by mall and 440 which took you everywhere. Loved that you had to use key card to use elevator. Great for security.
