Clean everywhere, & furniture, fixtures ect in good condition. The breakfast was very good & staff in there was helpful & friendly. There was a reception person at the front desk 24/ 7. Friendly & offered us fresh cookies.

The matress was the firmest we have had on many trips for yrs. It was not comfortable. All the pillows were too soft. 2 soft & 2 firmer would solve that issue for most peeps. Finally the sink open to the bed instead of in the bathroom has downfalls. If one person sleeps later they get woken up by the other getting ready, i.e., using hairdryer or brushing teeth ect.

The room was very spacious. We got a unit with a balcony, which was a nice surprise. The curtains kept the light out and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. We had arrived by car and parking was not an issue. There is parking in front of the hotel and underneath the building. We did not have breakfast since it was served after 7am and we had to leave on an early flight. There's a Panera bread right next door in case you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel. We had dinner at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called Dos Taquitos which we highly recommend. It's been a long time since we had such amazing Mexican food. Across from the restaurants, we had an ice cream shop which was very good as well.

Breakfast was served too late for people traveling on early flights.

This property (recently renovated) was modern and very clean. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Best of all, NO CARPETING! A hot breakfast was served which included pre-cooked eggs (over well), waffles, bacon and sausage (on alternate days). The coffee dispenser served up a variety of items including latte and cappuccino. We only had the cappuccino and it was excellent!

The only negative was the poor wifi reception in our 6th (top) floor room.

This hotel is in a busy area of Raleigh. But we didn't hear cars, or kids running through the hotel as there were established times allowed for noise. I think it worked well. The breakfast was really nice, there was something there for everyone's dietary needs. Our room was clean, well lit and the beds were quite comfortable!

The only thing that detracts from this hotel is the parking facilities. If you get there late, finding a place to park is a nightmare.

Everything was to my satisfaction, the staff, the free parking, breakfast was hot n delicious, we had the pool to ourselves 🥰 you can even shower before or right after your swim, because the bathroom had a shower next to the pool area, also had a out door grill with patio chairs n tables n lounge chairs the lounge before the pool was small,but cute, we was on the 6fl with balcony, the rooms are big we had a king size bed with a pull out couch that was such a plus, the walk in shower was a plus🥰 even the balcony was big not like other hotels balconies be big enough for just two chairs. I also used the laundry room the dryer gets hot hot lol. It's walking distance to the shopping center right across the street so we did some shopping. My first time in Raleigh and I enjoyed my 6 days 5 nights stay. Will definitely be back in the fall or winter.

My husband doesn't eat pork so he had no meat for breakfast. Maybe turkey sausage or bacon some days. Our last night we smelled marijuana in the hallway once we got off the elevator to our floor it was strong.

This hotel is cleaner than my home. I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this hotel surpassed all my expectations. I will always stay at this place whenever I visit my family who reside in Raleigh. The entire staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast was great. The only hotel that offers "Chobani' yogurt. I thought I was in heaven! Fresh towels and bed made every day. Many hotels are no longer providing that service. I was impressed! So many thanks!

I am so sorry, there is not one thing that I did not like or was not satisfied!

The property was centrally located and close to a lot of food and shopping centers. The cleaning crew did a great job daily cleaning all of the rooms. Nikki at the front desk was so friendly and treated me with kindness and respect.

There was a staff at the front desk (a younger Caucasian male) he was so rude and the opposite of customer service. The hotel needs to be updated because some of the rooms and bathrooms have mold, rust etc, The vending machines don’t work so you’ll have to go downstairs to purchase drinks and they are overpriced. best to go to the grocery store and get drinks/snacks.

I traveled with an Autistic young man . The staff were wonderful and included him in the check out process. The room was clean comfortable and a very good value. It was right across the street from Pleasant Promanade which was where the attraction was we went to see. The Crabtree mall was less than 2 miles down the road for any shopping or restaurants needs . For those who didn't wish to drive there is a Panera right next door. There is a convenient traffic light to make getting in and out easy. And the hotel serves a lovely full breakfast daily. Everything you could ask for on a getaway. Oh by the way did I mention the pool. Prefect place to relax after a day of fun. They even have a grilling area for those who would rather have a family cookout. I highly recommend this hotel and its friendly staff

I like that it was a 10 minute drive to PNC arena.

I didn't like that the housekeeper knocked then open my room door. They didn't gave me a chance to get to it. They didn't announce themselves or apologize when they opened my room door. The kicker was they did that at 9:44 am and checked out was at 11 am. When I went to asked them they denied it saying it wasn't them . When me and my kids where all already inside the room. So who else could it have been?

Staff was very welcoming coming and going. I have not stayed in a BW in sooo many years and this was by far the cleanest. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I never eat hotel breakfast because it’s usually not great at all but I wish I would have made waffles to take home and stuffed some of those potatoes in my purse lol. Would definitely stay at this location again
