Absolutely fantastic facilities, staff, comfort, location, etc.

The only thing that could have made my stay a 10/10 would have been more options for vegetarian food on the menu and also less disposable serving ware. I ordered breakfast twice at the bar in order to get my meal and coffee on a plate and in a mug, instead of getting it at the mall across the street since that would come in disposable containers. But unfortunately, even though I specifically asked for the meals and coffee “for here” the toast came in a styrofoam container and the coffee came in a disposable cup. Even asking for a glass of water came in a plastic cup. I’m trying to be more environmentally conscious, so that was the only disappointment in my entire stay - everything else was perfect.

I loved that fact that it was close to shopping mall across the street .. couldn’t get no better then that .. along with the wait staff Sunday morning breakfast.. Heather was awesome hands down .. couldn’t ask for a better server then her .. very bubbly, and on task with everything we asked for and extra with giving us a great place to go to that we asked about !!!!

The elevators !! It was only 1 working .it was a bit much .. that weekend they had a lot going on a wedding , football team sheezzzz .. and there was a wait to check into my room .. I was compensated with free breakfast for the next morning along with complimentary snacks upstairs on the 6th floor while we waited for the room to be cleaned.

I was greeted in a charming and friendly manner which I was pleased. We were asked about our stay and told about the hotel and where to find our way around.

When it was time to check out I was not given the same respect as when I checked in. The lady seemed bothered that she had to help me, what she had in her hand or was doing was more important. More like I was a nuisance. In a very plain manner, she said" We have your email" I assumed it was a question so I said yes. Then she said, "You all set ". I said "Have a nice day " So you should show the same RESPECT to your guests coming and when they are leaving because you think you want them to come back. I was there because I got married and e stayed there overnight before traveling back home. My family came that night to have dinner with us at J Alexander's. I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THIS TREATMENT OF A GUEST.

OMG I'M IN LOVE WITH EVERYTHING & EVERYONE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND LOCATION! Unexpectedly, had a free breakfast for the two of us on the last day due to a drainage situation in the shower as well as the safe not working! The staff were amazingly friendly, and the pool area stellar! Loved that we were welcomed with water bottles and everyday, the fruit in the complimentary water dispenser variedand was so refreshing! Great lounge area with plenty of televisions. Had a private one when we had our lunch! Would definitely stay here again, 1000%!

I left a message at guest services after I checked out yesterday as I thought I had left my phone charger in the bathroom.. I wanted it sent to me and asked her to check. Never heard anything back!!!! Also, you need to better soundproof your rooms that have been changed from one large room to two. One of your employees knocked on our door at 2:00 a.m. because we were laughing. Apparently, the adjoining room could hear us laughing because the wall between us was not well soundproofed.

I initially booked a stay less than a mile away at the DoubleTree. When I walked into the hallway of my room, I could smell smoke and someone was having a party. The carpet looked dingy and there were people sitting outside at night. I immediately went to the front desk and canceled my stay. I drove a minute down the road to the Marriott and I realized I should have just booked a stay there. It was much better, cleaner, and quieter.

Everything was fine.

We had breakfast one time in the restaurant downstairs, the food and staff were top notch. We had the rest of our breakfasts in concierge, absolutely wonderful staff and breakfast.

The restaurants breakfast buffet was pricier than our allotted amount. We did order off the menu.

Staff were amazing, front desk customer service was exceptional! Breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby was good.

Property was very clean and inviting. The mattress wasn’t comfortable and seemed worn out with feeling of inner springs near the top surface. Other than that issue it was a lovely stay and we will return in the future.

Hotel is beautiful and staff was great. Very pleasant with all we encountered. Breakfast in the dining room was delicious.

Parking was a bit difficult…. Although I believe there was an event going on , so probably not normally. But after a long drive and it was late… we had to park way in the back on a lower level and walk a distance to get back in to the hotel.

Location in Raleigh close to family- it’s a nice property, clean & the staff was very accommodating.

Only negative I might add is that the menu was undergoing some changes, so some of the things they listed on the menu weren’t 100% right. For instance, oatmeal was supposed to come with raisins, but they no longer do this, even though it’s on the menu. Waitstaff was accommodating & brought my wife a banana instead.
