The lady at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. We came into this hotel desperately looking for somewhere to stay the night after showing up to a previously booked reservation at another hotel and finding out that their whole staff had walked out and there was no way to even get into the hotel.

We were completely satisfied with the room as a whole. The only thing that needed to be fixed was the shower head. It was challenging to use and flooded the floor outside the shower.

Great room set up with an almost full size kitchen and fridge. Very clean, staff was super friendly and helpful. And they were pet friendly! Bed was so comfy and we needed extra pillows which we got instantly with a smile. Will definitely use them again and recommend to family and friends to visit

Seriously the only thing that wasn't too great was the coffee. Only one pack in the room and you could go and buy more or use their free machine but I think I was just not used to the water in the area. Wasn't horrible but off a bit

My second time staying at this hotel as I come down from DC often. One of the few hotels in the area that has a stove top (no oven). The rooms are clean and beds are extra comfy. I've enjoyed my stay the last 2 times and will book again. I usually get the king suite which has a separate living room quarters.

Staff was ok, could be a little friendlier. I called down for an extra blanket and was told I would need to come get it due to limited staff.

The size of the room, the deal price for 4 people, it was very cozy. Great bathroom essentials Dove everything!! Wish I was able to extend my stay further as planned but I couldn’t for some reason. Will definitely stay again if need be.

Being able to keep extending your stay without being kicked out for someone else.

Excellent service, very hospitable, very clean hotel, I loved the rooms its like home away from home i had a kitchenette everything i needed. Location was great everthing in good proximity to hotel. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. I will choose this hotel in my next traveling vacation. Excellent excellent.... Hotel was sanitized and CDC compliant everyone had mask (staff). we had a problem with our stove/ dishwasher and. Front desk did not hesitate to move us to another room. Wonderful closet space, Friendy staff. This hotel gets a A rating all around.

Would have loved to have a breakfast buffet. But do to the covid it understandable. Maybe a sealed tray to take back to room (suggestion). This is one of the things makes hotel stay feel like home.

Staff who checked us in (George, I think) handled not being able to locate one of our reservations with a positive attitude, which allowed for a calm and successful solution.

Pool was closed. Was the most expensive of the road trip and only one with no breakfast. Seems odd.

Spacious room with everything you could need! Clean. Quiet. Great staff. Loved the extra touches-- shampoo and conditioner dispensers and microwave popcorn package ready to go. Very thoughtful.

Everything. After the long drive to a totally different hotel already booked, to find out they couldn't accommodate early check-in. Wind up booking with Candlewood (right next door) and was able to do an early check-in which was very much needed to freshen up to be able to receive the surprise early delivery of our 1st grandchild 😊 1st stay and it will definitely be many more thanks to the friendly staff and overall niceness of the hotel in it's entirety!

Everything was fine. It was our 1st stay and everything at thus hotel actually helped turn our rough start around to a great rest of the day😁

The room was very roomy, the cleanliness was fantastic, and the bed was SUPER comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen facilities much, except to pop the microwave popcorn they provided, but they looked really nice, too. We also were able to use the outdoor pool which was really orderly and in good condition.

The only complaint we had with the hotel was it would have been nice with breakfast. I don't know if they normally have that if Covid wasn't an issue. They did have free coffee, though.

I love everything. The room was excellent. The beds were so comfortable. I loved the floors with no carpets. We didn't know what to expect, but it was worth the try.
