Love the new decor. Chaise lounge outstanding addition. The staff went out of their way to assist. Mr. Hyman even looked at my overheating car!

Funny, I made my reservation through bookings.com and they gave me wrong hotel and said my party was adults and four children. I thought I was staying at the Fairfield hotel across the street. They had no reservation. Checked and it was your holiday Inn. I will use you place for trips between Connecticut and Florida from now on.

Very friendly staff who truly care for their workplace. The staff were always busy keeping the hotel the exceptionally clean. The breakfast was delicious, hot and tended to by staff ensuring a clean kitchen. We will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent.

Convenient location. Very clean. Friendly cooperative staff.

The bathroom. Sink was not in the bathroom. Did not like having to brush my teeth and wash up in an open space. Bathroom was very tight. Hard to get in and out.

The breakfast was great. The eggs were delicious and hot. My only issue with the breakfast is the pancake maker. Not enough batter and it wasn’t cooked long enough

Friendly Staff, Hot Breakfasts, No Excuses! This hotel focused on serving its customers, not on using that same, lame, "Covid'19" excuse (sarcastic smile) used by many other hotels. So, we actually got what I paid for! We got daily, included breakfasts of: beef sausage links, pork bacon, turkey-alternative-sausage patties, real scrambled eggs, 24-hour coffee, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruits, milk, juices, tea bags, etc. We also got full use of the hotel's outside swimming pool. All of this hotel's spaces were reasonably clean. There were comfortable chairs in the lobby and near the guest rooms upstairs. The elevator worked well and quickly. There was a desktop computer and warm carpeting in the lobby. And our room included a much-needed microwave and a refrigerator.

We still couldn't get daily housekeeping/cleaning services because of "Covid-19." So, we gathered our used, wet and dry hotel wash cloths and towels everyday, and brought them to the front desk in my plastic bags, so that our room wouldn't stink of mold/mildew. We also dealt with a shaky toilet seat that we quickly reported upon check-in, but never saw getting fixed!

Hotel location was great. Staff was very pleasant at check in and out. Room was clean and comfortable.

Policy is not to have housekeeping clean rooms unless guest requests it. No problem with that except, no toilet paper available at front desk. You ask in the morning. Assured it will be there in afternoon …nope. We have stayed there twice for extended stay, 10 days. Each time we had to go to a store and purchase our own. Popular breakfast items are not available by 7:30-8:00 am. Poor planning. Also, one towel bar to dry bath towels, not enough, so we spread towels out but end up with damp towels to use. No housekeeping, no clean towels unless you can find a housekeeper before you leave for the day.

The breakfast was unbelievable! The staff were friendly and I felt like they were very welcoming. They were always complimentary and friendly as we came and went.

The location was good and the rooms are a nice size.

The love seats in the rooms need to be replaced. The plastic is peeling off of them. Also, the pool wasn’t opened and that is why I chose this hotel over another so that was disappointing.

Very accessible, well provided, ideal for travelers, nice swimming pool and whirlpool. Staff is gentile and dedicate. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is ten minutes away from downtown and other attractions.

With the COVID excuse, (Understandable), there was no regular room service during our four days stay, we had to ask for clean towels, shampoo, toilette paper, soap, etc every day. If COVID is an issue with the staff, then, do not charge the same rate for the 4 nights, because you are not providing the same service every day.
