Everyone was super friendly! The location is perfect on the Riverwalk of the Cape Fear River! Plenty of towels & toiletries! The breakfast was perfect every morning!

I saw an elevated wooden walkway with an overlook of the river & was hoping to enjoy the sunset from there, but it was unfortunately blocked off... that was a bit of a bummer, but would definitely stay here again!

The view of the river canal and historic downtown Wilmington location is nice. Excellent value for what you pay. This hotel is in walking distance to most everything.

The rooms were small and just felt a little cramped. The hotel felt "dated" but I didn't come to stay in the hotel all day so it certainly met my needs.

The breakfast was awesome. The evening staff and breakfast room staff were super nice.

I don't like exterior rooms. The picture gives the impression that the rooms are interior. I also don't like waterfall showers in a hotel. The shower head didn't seem clean and the thought of that coming down over my head was underwhelming.

The employees that prepared and served the breakfast were lovely. Anytime we passed by a member of the cleaning staff, they were so friendly. The front desk staff were very helpful, making suggestions of places to go.

Being Canadian, the nightly rate was high, when taking into consideration the 40% exchange rate.

The location is perfect if you’re looking to spend time downtown. Everything is within walking distance.

It’s definitely an older property. This is definitely a no-frills hotel. Just a clean place to rest your head. Also, the elevator has no air conditioning.

Beautiful views, friendly and attentive staff, clean, comfortable, quiet, right on the river walk. I liked the modern “wood” floors too. Breakfast hit the spot and so helpful to not have to venture out for it. Modern rain shower in bathroom was lovely.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like and I’m pretty picky. They’ve done a great job renovating what was likely an older “motel” style hotel. It’s quite quaint.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, OUR VIEW WAS AMAZING, RECEPTION AND HOUSEKEEPING STAFF WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL, THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, AND THE OVERALL LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS WERE EXCEPTIONAL.

THE FITNESS CENTER HAD LIMITED EQIPMENT AND TWO MACHINES WERE BROKEN.

Great location right by the river and river walk. There was shopping and dining within walking distance. We were there to visit battleship North Carolina and could see it from our room. I think it was about 20 minute drive to beach.. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Good price.

The location of the hotel was great , with in walking distance of downtown and on the riverfront. Very easy to get to.

It’s a older hotel and it shows but it has been updated but still need some work. The full size bed are very small

Loved the view of the riverwalk and the Battleship. Breakfast was great.

We had a very hard time finding the hotel. There is no sign for the place on Nutt Street. We drove around several times, and even MapQuest couldn't find it. Also, I didn't like paying for parking!
