I always prefer this location. The location is central to my business needs & it's ALWAYS clean! The staff has always been really pleasant too (Check-in/out, maintenance & janitorial) I've stayed at this location multiple times over the past 4 years.

I usually get a suite so I didn't discover that the window frame in my room was broken until very late that night- I could hear the wind whipping all night during the storm. I let them know the next morning & the maintenance person went up to fix it so I'm sure it will be fixed before the next person stays! Anytime there has been an issue with a room, it has been addressed right away - the facility is not brand new, it has a little wear & tear.

The hotel and the rooms are clean. The hallway and reception smells nice. The rooms are spacious and very tidy. I also liked the breakfast which consists of cheese omelette, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes, pastries, bread, cereals, yogurt and beverages. The toiletries are dove products.

The pet fee is 75usd/night non-refundable which is too much! About 15 minutes drive to the beach and 10 mins drive to the riverwalk. The bed is too soft.

Room was nice & clean Staff was cool but too laid back Breakfast was awesome Love the checkout being noon

Loud dog that kept barking anytime they heard someone in the hallway Only had 1 wash cloth in the room, called front desk to have someone send up another & they never came. Had to go down 2 hrs later to get it myself The elevator was a tad shaky but understood that they were under renovation

Location was great for our needs. Really good breakfast.

This property is currently undergoing renovations. It was quite noisy when my family checked as construction was being done right below them. One of the construction workers knocked on my door at 7:30ish Saturday morning - not sure why they didn't have a list of rooms that weren't occupied!

I liked the location of the hotel, and the accommodations were exceptional. The staff was also helpful. I really enjoyed the breakfast included with our stay.

I did not like the bed for the simple fact it was too firm. I would’ve also preferred another selection when it came to the toiletries available in the washroom.

The convenience to the beach and shopping. Front desk clerk was friendly.

Hair in the shower.. socket missing plate not on wall. Food crumbs on couch. Refrigerator had a leak.

The staff was excellent, front desk took care of the mixup in names from booking.com, Lynn in maintenance took care of safe storage of my bicycles.

Some of the bedroom furniture was worn out and needs replaced.

I loved my stay the staff treat you like family. The facility smelled amazing it were perfessionally clean. The breakfast was great I find no fault. I loved it.

I booked this hotel because it said it provided breakfast. While they did provide breakfast, it was in a bag. Not exactly the hot breakfast I had hoped for especially since their rates are $10 higher than hotels that do not provide breakfast, but they didn't leave us high and dry because of Covid. I did appreciate how the hotel was being cleaned in the common areas continually while we were there.

We were told rooms were only tended to every 4 days during a multiple day stay. Ours was only 2 days, so we weren't expecting much from the get go. Items provided in the room were limited due to Covid, I assume. We did ask for another bar of soap for our stay since the body wash was empty. We never got the soap. And the 6 tissues reinserted in the box for us to use did not last for our 2 day stay.

The staff is always (2nd stay here) friendly and accommodating. Great location, walking distance to Walmart and Cracker Barrel and the hotel has switched to Dove products in the bathrooms…..love it!
