Overall, the hotel was clean, very friendly staff, and the breakfast was good! Good value for the price, and I like that the room had a kitchenette.

The room had a bit of a funky smell, not quite sure what it was. Almost like an old smoking room but I don’t think that could have been it - just a strange smell and I had to keep the air on to try to mask it. Bed was okay, but the pillows had no density and offered no support so I need 2-3 to feel comfortable. 8/10 because it was good for what was expected from a hotel like this, but I couldn’t say it was the most amazing experience ever.

Feel and smell of lobby was welcoming. Space in the king suit was “just right” meaning well appointed, lots of space to sit stuff off of the floor.

The door at the end of the hotel closest to Johnny Luke’s restaurant did not latch back well so I felt like people could just slip in and out of the hotel too easily. When I was leaving today, the door felt latched but a few minutes later the wind blew the door back open causing me to have to go back and push and shake the door to get it to latch. The baseboard tile was broken around the sliding door in the bathroom.

Wow. I was surprised at how nice this hotel was. The room was very spacious and comfortable- with a full kitchen including a microwave, large refrigerator and dishwasher. There were dishes and utensils and cookware too. The breakfast was very nice with a lot of options and laid out very well so it was not crowded or messy. The gym was nice - with a peloton bike! Didn't use the pool but it was nice that they had a gas firepit outside even though you are sitting next to a busy street.

Nothing you can do about the location on a busy street but no noise.

Rooms are very spacious, clean and staff was very friendly. This is our go-to hotel every time we're in Wilmington. It's location it's amazing.

In our last stay, some people were making a lot of noise until around 3 a.m. It's the first time this has happened to us at this hotel, so it wasn't a big deal. However, we had to leave very early in the morning and couldn't get enough sleep due to the noise. Otherwise, we have no complaints about the hotel whatsoever.

Love the spacious and very clean room! There’s so many shelves, great lighting, comfy beds, nice closet and extra nice kitchen area. Having the couch and sitting area makes it feel so homey. Breakfast had a nice variety and staff were so friendly and helpful. Love the location being so close to a restaurant (Johnny Lukes which is great and within walking distance) and the hotel is only about a mile from UNCW which is so convenient for visiting our daughter there.

Very nice and clean. It was definitely a new property, nothing old and ran-down.

I think the location isn’t the best. If you’re coming back from Wrightsville Beach you have to make a u-turn to get back each time with heavy traffic coming your way. Or when leaving you have to make a u-turn to go the other direction on market street. I agree with some of the others about breakfast. There could be a few more quality items there. I don’t think a place like this should be using a cheap synthetic orange juice and low grade stale cereals for breakfast. Hilton brings in enough revenue to provide a better quality experience.

Every single thing about this Hotel I absolutely loved. Never disappoint, always top notch any State I go to or area. I’m hooked on this Hotel. I must say Mrs Sam, the receptionist at the one Wilmington NC, is an amazing Woman. I had no problem with anyone who worked with H2S. Everybody was Professional and courteous. The Breakfast looked good, inside and outside was 100% clean and in a safe place.

I absolutely loved everything and everyone I meet there who worked with H2S. Great Job to you all.

Upon entering we were overwhelmed with the beautiful decor and greeted by a lady at the front desk who was super helpful and friendly. ( Hate that I forgot her name but she went above and beyond !) She gave us the option to choose which floor we wanted to be on since we would be there for a few days. We didn’t really know how to respond since we have never been given an option before. She recommended the top floor which we agreed. The King Suite was the perfect size and we were very pleased with our stay. The property is centrally located with restaurants within walking distance and shopping a short drive away. We enjoyed going to the fitness center which was tidy and clean with plenty of equipment and the outdoor pool was wonderful! We also enjoyed breakfast at the property, it was nice to see different options available than a normal continental breakfast menu. There were constantly a staff member somewhere on the property ensuring that guests would have a pleasant experience. (Which we could appreciate as it’s something we don’t see often.) We will definitely be back!!

Amazing Place, The People there was all very nice Check in was Great and location was only 10 mins from the Beach Food was good, Beds was amazing, The outdoor Sitting Area was so nice and Peaceful ….The Best Person ever was YESICA S. she was so friendly and so helpful with everything loved her Attitude and Respectfulness no Matter what i came up to her for Multiple days she jump right on it and Had it Handled

No room Service unless you was there for more then 5 days and that was little Disappointing, Now they did offer anything you needed to please come up front and ask and they would get it right away. The only other thing was they only offered 2% White milk so I had to go to store and get Chocolate Milk for my kids because they don't drink regular Milk, Also it would be Nice to offer some Meats for Breakfast like Sausage or Bacon and plain eggs Some people don't want something in there egg every day

we arrived around 3am and the woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and upbeat, despite it being so late. the room was immaculate and the bed was super comfortable! we just booked a room for tonight at another homes2 suites in VA due to the amazing experience we had in wilmington! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
