I didn't have breakfast, there wasn't a big selection of items. The room was nice, beds comfortable. The couch and chairs could use some new cushions and the refrigerator could be updated and not look so second hand

They charged me for my ESAs when they arn't supposed to. When I expressed this to the girl upon check in she told me that they follow the ADA guidelines and ESA's don't follow under those. Then she told me to go read it on their website. So after we got settled I did just that and there was nothing on their website about that. So I went back down and she said that she would take one of the charges off and would talk to her manager which I am assuming she didn't because I never heard anything and was still charged for them. I did not talk to anyone when I checked out, noone was there and I decided that I would just take it up with their corporate offices.

Very nice place staff was friendly and helpful. Nice outside garden with beautiful plants and trees and places to sit and relax with a cup of coffee. Well kept and clean. Rooms very spacious , small kitchen,couch, chairs, two queen beds . Only one dislike and that is individual preferences. Pillows were too soft and short for me. Still not a big deal. Will definitely stay again because I have family there.

That it was in the city and everything was closed like Costco, restaurant, fast food and the beach were like 12 to 20 minutes away

The room had some stuff that needed to work on like the sofa was ripped from the rest arm, ac was blowing in the room so that made the suit kind of hot, the refrigerator was rustic on the outside.

The breakfast was good and my stay was great. My room wasn't the one I reserved and the lady at the front desk found us a room like I booked. She did it very quickly and she was so nice.

The thing's I thought that didn't like was the choices at breakfast and finding what we needed. Also we could not fine a luggage rack to take our luggage in.

Location was in the center of everything and a short drive to the shoreline. The room was clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. Overall, a great trip.

I can't think of anything I was disappointed in. This hotel was everything I could have asked for from a central location.

The place was old but clean and tidy. The suites we stayed in were very spacious and had a full working kitchen The breakfast didn't have a lot of variety but still delicious. One plus was the laundry on-site which we could use by paying a very small charge

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very pleasant Nice and quiet a great continental breakfast beautiful patio next to the breakfast outdoor patio next to the breakfast room.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I really like that they were a lot of restaurants and stores nearby

Great location, room was well kept, big bathroom, plenty of towels and soap etc

It wasn’t the absolute newest hotel, you could tell from the stairwells and some ceilings that it was a bit run down, but nice for the most part. lobbies, hallways, and the rooms themselves were all very nice and well kept, just some of the appliances and finishes were a bit older.

The location was great!! Everything that we needed was close by. The staff was very friendly. It was raining and we needed something to do and a staff member told us about the shops downtown. They were awesome!!! There was a collection of every kind of shop just like she said.

The only complaint was when we were leaving there were no carts to take our stuff to the car.

The room had everything that we could need, living room, bedroom, full kitchen, full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. It was very nice.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the kitchen floor needed to be mopped.
