the big bedroom were cleaned and clean bathroom.

When I got there to the hotel staff member told me that I had to put down a deposit on the room $50.00 which I had played in full. I could pay cash or credit 💳 card. If I paid with a credit card going take me 3 weeks to get my money back to me but if paid cash $50.00 get back in morning. I don't like surprises going hotel other fee have to pay. If you don't track your credit card make sure put back $50.00 won't get back . Bedroom was big and cleaned as well bathroom very cleaned . inception is at front desk was very friendly but just didn't like extra fee of $50, 00 I had to pay stay there at hotel. They did have breakfast in morning .

The location worked in the midst of a storm. It was a beautiful view home the next day. Lunch was great and convenient to all the timings we like to do together. Walmart, walking, talking, toys, Mexican restaurant. It was a quick trip, but worth the value!!!

The noise outside of our room. Caused some anxiety that day. Not after. Just a little interference that could lead to paranoia

That my room was not what I expected I had to have surgery and I paid for a two beds I only received one.. it was very uncomfortable to sleep with someone else

Quiet, bottom floor room & clean

Had Luke warm to cold water whole time. No coffee pot and ac wasn't real cold. But it still wasn't a bad stay were returning end of this month.

Customer service was excellent. The room was clean and attractive. The location is convenient to the business district, food and entertainment.

Bed was too hard for people over 70. Desk didn't have change for a 20, so I couldn't leave money for cleaning staff. Desk said they don't have any change at all. Would be nice to have a couple of hundred in 10, 5, & 1's.

Dasani(black female) that work the front desk does and excellent job because every room she gave me wasnt clean and I report it to her.She ended up putting us in room 252 and I told her that it wasn't clean and I ask her for the broom and mop and cleaning supplies.I did it myself.I enjoy cleaning our room.

Every time I stay their it was clean but my last 2 times the housekeeping don't be cleaning the rooms.So I will ask the front desk for the cleaning supplies and did my room.

The cleanliness non-smoking rooms didn't smell like smoke

The cracks in door of the rooms the wind blowing through and having to prop chair against it to keep out the draft

Breakfast was adequate. Late check-in due to traffic conditions. Hotel is conveniently located to interstate 95.

Waffle iron would be good addition. Some foods would run out and had to request to be refilled by staff.
