The staff at this location were extremely helpful. Front desk staff, breakfast room staff, cleaning and janitorial staff were fabulous. We stayed for two nights and attended and helped set up a baby shower in one of the meeting rooms. The staff member responsible for the common areas of the hotel introduced himself and dropped off a few extra trash bags in case there was more food trash. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where each employee introduced themselves by first name and each and everyone asked if there was anything else they could do for us. Kudos to whomever recruited and trained the employees. It was clear to me that the mission of the staff was to make sure each and every guest had what they needed to make their stay enjoyable and comfortable.

I love that everyone was so friendly and that they gave us a little extra time in the pool since we had to get in late due to it being crowded with kids.

There is no time limit on kids in pool. I feel like it should be adult Tim towards the end of the day because we couldn’t really get in without a kid pushing us and taking up the whole pool. Also I called to extend my stay before when got there and someone put another room on to my reservation and I got charged a cancellation fee.

This is an amazing staff. I don't know that I've ever encountered a group at a hotel so friendly and helpful. They were very personable and helpful, when needed. I enjoyed being greeting as I was coming and going about.

Everyone was SO nice. The woman working breakfast was incredible and kind. The gentleman at the front desk was also super awesome. The pool was great, as was the fitness center. We stayed for a soccer tournament with several of the teammates and it was such a wonderful experience!!

This was a nice hotel and the beds were comfortable. Overall, the hotel and staff were very nice. I would probably stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was not that great and we ended up grabbing something on the way to our event. There should be other options than pork.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

I wish for breakfast they offered turkey sausage or turkey bacon. My room was a little warm at night, but I was able to adjust the temperature.

I appreciated that everyone who was working was very nice and pleasant. Also the room was very comfortable for all of the three nights I stayed there.

There was nothing that I did not like. Check in was smooth and having breakfast included was also a plus.

Very polite and helpful staff, breakfast was good and all staff went above and beyond to meet my requests. If they couldn’t do exactly what I asked, they gave comparable options and made everything convenient for me. I love that the hotel is pet friendly although it doesn’t seem like it with how clean the room was; everywhere in the hotel was very clean and plenty of hand sanitizer was located in the lobby. I can’t mention the staff’s hospitality enough; best customer service ever received by any hotel chain.

No room cleaning service on the weekend was a bummer. I didn't like coming back to my bed untidy.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good with nice selection of choices. We were happy with this hotel as it met our expectations.
