I was very happy with my room. I got the king sized bed on the top floor. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and appeared to be new

I will say that my room faced the highway, which was incredibly loud at times, as a highway usually is. if I stayed here again, I would request a room on the other side of the building. breakfast was not good at all. they had what appeared to be sausage gravy and biscuits. the biscuits were hard and the gravy was watery. also available were waffles, cereal and bread items. I ate at Starbucks across the street

The location was great, place was clean. They had breakfast, which was good. There is a mini fridge in the room. Ice makers on every floor.

The bathroom had a pocket door, which was difficult to open and close. Our room was way down the hallway. Had I known, I would have requested something closer as my mom had a hip replacement, and it was difficult to walk.

I liked that is was nice and clean...I had no trouble with checking in...my room was ready by 1:30 which I told them I would be there by 2pm..Whenever I come back to Winston Salem this will be my first option...

I really don't have any bad comments...Nothing to complain about...I would absolutely recommend for others to stay...

I ALWAYS LOVE THIS PROPERTY THE OWNERS AND TYPICALLY THE STAFF ARE AMAZING HOWEVER THIS TRIP WAS DIFFERENT AS USUAL PROPERTY WAS GREAT STAFF NOT SO MUCH

John the guy on duty was extremely confrontational and attitudinal he persisted to lie and tell me he required an additional card due to 3rd party card being billed however my confirmation demonstrated that my virtual card was used which I informed him and he continued to debate and inform of how many years he had been in the business. He was very unpleasant and made me feel extremely uncomfortable which I have never ever experienced this form of behavior especially when visiting this property. He can not be the face of this establishment it has a stellar reputation and he will definitely taint it.

The room was attractive, large, comfortable, efficient, and clean. While there was hardly anyone there when we checked in, the parking lot was full by nighttime, and I only say that because that was the only indication that there was anyone else there because it was SO quite!

There was no bathtub. The elevator was slow. The shower door did little to keep the water IN the shower.

Breakfast was good they had a wide variety of different breakfast foods available. I was not unhappy with that at all. In fact I plan on going back in September and spending another night.

The owners / operators - Alpesh and Alpa Patel - are exceptional! Very kind and courteous... supported us as needed and more so than we hoped. When visiting Winston-Salem again, staying at their hotel will be my first choice. 😊

Close to Old Salem and downtown Winston-Salem. Main reason for traveling to this area was to see Old Salem.

Would have liked a few protein items on the breakfast bar. Neither of us eats biscuits and gravy. Would like to see peanut butter as an option for bagels/English muffins as a topping.

The breakfast was good. I liked the idea of making my own waffles. The coffee was good. I did have questions regarding bed bugs because it felt like I was being bit all during the night. I was itching.

The Television could have been larger. I believe it was only about a 30".

Brand new mattresses were very comfortable. They are also putting in process of putting in new locks on doors. Breakfast was good with many options . For the money it was a good deal. Similar hotels were much more$.
