Room was good, bed was comfortable, shower had nice water pressure and lots of hot water. Had a closet, desk, night stands, lamps, lounge chair,ottoman. Plugs next to bed for cell phone. Mini fridge, ice machine down the hall. Indoor pool. Small store, bar, restaurant. Food was good, we had breakfast.The employees are so nice here.

Unfortunately they're remoldeing and over half their parking lot had containers and work trucks so parking was awful for a booked hotel. I get it but made it terrible to park, I don't like not being able to see my car in a hotel, especially for the price we paid, no security so kinda on your own with that. We just unloaded everything and took to room.

Secure location with lots of food options in the vicinity. Guest services were great.

In-room air conditioning was effective but extremely noisy. Bed and pillows were decent but lacked the comfort of another hotel I stayed in recently. Restrooms outside meeting rooms weren't adequate, especially with one stall in the men's room being out of order both days. Reminded me of standing in a restroom line at a concert when I was younger.

Bed was comfortable, luv'd the feather pillows. Day one had cooked to order breakfast which was tasty; potatoes and omelet. There were other available items; yogurt, cereal, milk, fruit, bagels, danish. Indoor pool was a nice amenity. Nice lobby sitting area, dining area, and bar. ALL hotel staff was friendly and courteous. Had a misunderstanding with checkout time. Front desk and housekeeping were accommodating to me.

Had to wrestle with sliding doors on shower entering and exiting. Probably a little WD40 would help

My husband got breakfast and he didn't order that much because he thought it would not be good and he said it was very good!

I like the staff going above and beyond to fix the tv and phone that didn’t work in my room. When it couldn’t be fixed I was provided a new room.

The breakfast was great. Prepared by a chef. We ordered and our choices were individually made while we waited.

Mattress was old, uncomfortable. Furniture old, dated. But, hotel was in the middle if a renovation.

The breakfast was wonderful the staff had excellent customer service ... After breakfast I layed back down almost missed checkout lol

The t.v. channel selection

We loved the area,excellent for visiting family for Easter Holidays,and always love our stay here when we come to Winston-Salem . Definitely loved that house keeping was not knocking on doors before checkout time.Will stay again

Stayed here few years back. So we knew this hotel. Very nice hotel in great shopping area. Lots of restaurants around as well. Staff was very nice. Clean. Water pressure in shower was great. Bed was very comfortable. Room was spacious.

Price was a little high. I wish hotels would list cost of deposit. Don't like surprises at check in. But we got it back at check out.

As on another review, breakfast is good. Made to order or buffet. Had to ask for hot water and tea bag; i'm a tea drinker. Coffee and water available 24 hours.
