We liked how clean everything was and how spacious the room was. Huge amount of storage for clothes etc., normal size fridge. Excellent set up at this hotel. Breakfast was better than expected too. My husband is gluten free so often there aren't options for him, but the eggs etc. made it possible. Good location, near dining places, shops, anything you could need. Overall, GREAT hotel!

The only thing I would change is having cooking ability in the unit. We had a kitchenette and could borrow a hot plate and pan to cook from the front desk, but it would have been nice to already have it in the room. Since my husband has a gluten allergy sometimes it is easier to be able to cook our own meals in the room. Home2 Suites provides the means, just would be nicer if it were already in the room.

Side entrance door is never locked. We came in at 2.00 am and found the outer door unlocked and the air lock door was rigged to always stay open. We feel that this is a terrible security decision. Mgr, said they keep this door open 24 / 7 because of a design flaw with bldg. New checkins park in main lot and cant find main entrance door. We found the main ent door just fine. We drove right in to the portico entrance and walked in to the lobby. I will not stay where guest security is comprimised and not maintained. Too bad, because everything else was very good.

I would stay here again!

I didn't like the room rates provided by booking.com and I will never use the website ever again. I could have saved $40/night if I had booked directly with the hotel. And after my 11 night stay I would have saved nearly $500.00 including taxes and fees.

Breakfast was great! Location was good.

I felt that the gentleman at the front desk acted as if we were a burden to him when we checked in. I made a change to my reservation a few weeks ago and it was not recorded. So when we arrived and stated that we only needed 1 room, not 2, the gentleman sounded upset that the room wasn't going to be used.

it was really nice very clean everywhere you were at. it was also pretty close to our destination where we were going to drift which was amazing!!!

there isn’t much that i can say about not liking anything on the property. it had a nice outside patio with a fire place and a grille like that’s super nice!!!

I can not name just one thing. Everything was wonderful. I can say I really enjoyed breakfast because I only stay at hotels that have bagel and creme cheese. Your breakfast was very good.

Perhaps nets or a pony tail for the cleaning persons hair. I did find a few long hairs in the shower

The room rate was incredibly affordable. In addition, our room was spacious, clean and included a fully equipped kitchen, minus a stove. We had a separate sink for washing dishes, a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, eating utensils and dishes. Bonus was a full-size refrigerator with freezer. Location was near a mall, grocery stores, Target, Walmart, everything was within a 5-minute drive. Free breakfast with tea and coffee. Breakfast included sausages, eggs, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, a waffle machine with fresh batter, cold cereal and hot oatmeal. Lighting in the room was bright with plenty of lamps. It also included a computer desk essential for business travelers. We appreciated the friendly staff and free parking.

Bed was too soft, no smart TV.

Great staff! Very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was like going to a restaurant. The pool is open late enough to go to dinner then have a swim with the kids. And the gym here is excellent.

I don't really have a dislike for the hotel or staff.

Loved how clean the facilities were throughout the property, from the room to the lobby! Always appreciate the amenities in the room, including the silverware, flatware, glasses & cups. We always enjoy staying at this hotel!

There was an odd smell coming from the kitchen area of room 513. We originally thought it had something to do with the disposal, but it didn't go away when we ran it. It seemed to get better after we ran the dishwasher, but we could never find out where it was coming from.

Excellent, lovely homely place, well positioned near a mall with eateries and restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Good breakfast, super quality wi-fi, clean rooms

Room cleaning was not daily, so my bath soap could not be refilled
