Did not take advantage of breakfast.

Housekeeping was terrible. Failed to clean room or replenish towels or linens 4 of 5 day stay despite complaining to desk everyday. Finally had to get managers involved to get trash cans emptied, fresh towels, and bed made (no fresh linens) on last day. Ruined an other wise pleasant stay.

Everything and everyone was good!! Clean and friendly!!

The TV is in the wrong spot- or the bed!! It was very uncomfortable trying to watch the tv if you were lying in the bed ! Always had your head crooked , or had to try to lay funny in te bed to watch it 🥴 the bed needs moved in the other direction 🤷🏼‍♀️

The hotel was nice, clean, great location for us, and the staff was friendly and professional. The shower was excellent! Like the later checkout time of noon.

Unfortunately the mattress was a little too hard and didn’t have any give to it. The sheets were a bit rough too. Also, there should be an exhaust fan installed in the bathroom to prevent water damage on the ceiling.

The convenience of the location, the room was clean, bed was comfortable

The way the "included breakfast" worked. The lady at the counter told me it wasn't included, even though my booking clearly stated it was. Then once she saw my reservation (I pulled it up and showed her) she was rude and wasn't helpful AT ALL to help me know WHAT was available for the breakfast we paid for.. So we left and didn't get to take advantage of the BREAKFAST INCLUDED that we paid extra for!! I feel we were ripped off. Also my Total when purchased online was 257.00 and it said that included ALL EXTRA fees and taxes. However, my card was charged 280.00!!! Not happy about this at all..I likely won't stay with Courtyard again. Just not honest if you ask me. Aloft was a much better experience.

The hotel was very clean and perfect location for our evening plans we had.

10 o'clock am house keeping knocking on the door when check out isn't until 12. I was up because we were leaving but they did knock on my sister's door also and they were still in bed. If I would've been sleeping I would've been very upset.

Best location ever!!!! We never had to drive anywhere; everything was in walking distance. Nice beds, bldg/rooms, are up to date and well maintained.

Super minor stuff: toothpaste spit on the walls around bathroom sink, wish there was at least a bottle of water in the room to make coffee with or to get a drink in the middle of the night. Wish they had a light continental breakfast.

Great location so close to everything in Easton! We had a perfect girl’s trip! First, Movie at AMC Easton, then checked into our wonderful hotel, then delicious dinner at Cheesecake Factory, so sooo good, and finally, A side-splitting laugh fest at Funny Bone Comedy Club at Easton Town Center Mall! Back to The Courtyard By Marriott at Easton-Columbus for a wonderful night sleep, and finally a delicious breakfast at The Bistro in the morning at the hotel before checking out. Couldn’t have been a better time had by all of us! Thank you!

More towels and coffee in room

We have stayed here two times now during the triple f collection car show, I loved that the property was clean and the employees were always working and cleaning and smiling and we were greeted by every single person that worked there. It is probably the nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed in! My boyfriend thought it was such a nice hotel, he decided to ask me to marry him right in our hotel room. It was a magical night for sure! I will never forget our stay here and we will be back every single year for the show and this is where we will be staying every time!

There is not one complaint that I have about this property.

Clean, great location, food options at hotel.

Staffing seemed to be an issue. When ordering food, the prep time was a bit excessive. But they did the best they could with taking orders, making food, and serving it as a one person show.

Love the location. Walk out the door to Easton mall. Rooms are so nice - clean and comfortable. All Staff was super friendly especially Lee and Iesha at the front desk.

Took the kids down to the pool and room was very chilly. Need to up the temperature for winter months
