The atmosphere is iconic! From the pool table and bar to the self-serve gas grills and pool, it was absolutely amazing! Chris, the Houseman, and Jacque, the head of housekeeping, we're constantly seen cleaning and serving the guess. Jacque came by every day and refreshed our towels and trash since we spent a lot of time in the room. Chris was literally wiping doors and fixing things the entire time we were there. They kept the place running like a well-oiled machine! The food was delicious! The kitchen staff kept the food fresh and continued to clean and sanitize the area. Everyone was accommodating and smiling. I really love this hotel! Not to mention, it is right across from Easton Mall and one hotel away from Walmart.

I really wish the fire pit worked outside. That would have took our trip over the top.

Big room with comfy beds. Good sized bathroom and shower. Efficient heater/a.c. Fridge and microwave. Nice desk and lounge area. There was a pool and 24hr gym and also free breakfast in the morning but as we were there for a music festival we didn’t get up early enough to try the breakfast. The free coffee in the foyer was appreciated though. The hotel is situated close to various shopping and dining outlets.

Small thing, but I really didn’t like the pillows. they were the type that compress into a hard wad through the night and required turning over every time I did. Also, the hotel was fairly pricey compared to others I have stayed in of the same style, however the price appears to be typical of the Columbus area.

Front desk staff at check-in weren't the most welcoming. However housekeeping was the BEST! The saving grace. An African American woman went downstairs and found a sewing kit for me. I needed to repair my gotten for my son's wedding. I'm sorry I forgot get name but she's from Virginia. She literally dropped what she was doing and apologized(which was not necessary) for taking so long in getting the sewing kit to me. She took maybe two minutes---exceeded my expectations.

The microwave and mini fridge was a pleasant surprise. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the variety of foods offered.

The bathroom felt better lit than the hotel room itself. Most of the lights were more like lamps than anything else. I'm not used to being in dim rooms for extended periods of time. If I wanted extra lights, I would have to open the curtains, which is a little inconvenient for my privacy needs and especially if I'm staying on the first floor.

Clean hotel and rooms. Location is amazing! Easy on and off the expressway. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent.

Bathroom sink backed up the first time we used. It was fixed right away, however the smell of the chemicals used were less than desirable. It was a busy weekend and there were people who were definitely not respectful of being quite.

Loved everything .. it was nice to have the outside fire pit to stay warm at night when you are outside they also had a grill even though we didn't use it it was nice to know we could have Whole Foods was right across the street right across the street from most of the shops at Easton rooms were very clean love the sliding glass door in the mirror light in the bathroom

Breakfast could have used a little Improvement and been a little warmer but they had a healthy selection of items

Pool area could have been cleaner. Not enough towels. Not necessarily the hotel employees’ fault. There was a large group and the adults were outside and all of their children were in the pool area by themselves (some as young as 2 or 3) unsupervised. The kids kept taking all of the towels and throwing them on the floor as well as taking our reserved towels we had for our family. The kids were playing with the “lifeguard” flotation device and playing very rough. We ended up leaving the pool area early.

SpringHill Suites Columbus Easton Area is still brand new, so everything from the lobby to the rooms are still fresh and clean.

I would say the lack of slippers in the room takes away from the experience

The hot breakfast was amazing, lots of variety, higher quality food than other places we have stayed. I had made a mistake on my reservation, but the front desk took care of it and was very understanding. Thank-you!

We didn't have any garbage bags in our room,however, front desk was called and within a short time we had our bags. This was a minor issue.

It was ok. Really missed the waffle maker. Selection was ok. I also liked that my room was next to the pool and I didn't hear a thing.

I didn't like the annoying drunk people going from room to room at 3am. But you can't do much about stupid.
