The breakfast was wonderful, sooooooo many choices and custom made eggs as well. The happy hour was also great! The bar staff were very friendly and it was a comfortable environment to relax in the evening. Food from the restaurant was very good.

Our room was very noisy as we faced the freeway. We did not learn until we checked out that we could have asked for a different room. Our mistake. Luckily with the living area in the front of the suite, one of us was able to utilize the pullout sofa bed.

Free well drinks between 5pm-7am. Breakfast was fantastic with options and taste. Rooms were spacious for a good price. Desert at the hotel was so yummy. Highly recommend the chocolate cake.

The full size beds were too small. Should be queens. Rooms need updated (Paint/Cracks in wall filled) or deep cleaned. More bartenders needed for happy hour. Food at the hotel was not the best. Pool was very cold. Had to pay $5 a day for public parking in their open to parking lot.

Only complaint I have is the one woman who worked in the breakfast area restocking was EXTREMELY RUDE. She made many people feel uncomfortable. Came right behind my daughter and slammed down a lid that was slightly open. She rushed everyone out of the breakfast area before it was even closing. I have stayed at other embassy’s and breakfast is one reason I choose you guys. This woman made breakfast with you very unpleasant.

Breakfast was amazing enjoyed the view along with the big Christmas tree that sits n lobby let’s not talk about happy hour it definitely was a happy hour enjoyed the tasty dranks n finger foods location was next to everything we needed

I was really upset the jacuzzi wasn’t open even tho I called a day before to confirm working n was told yes got there and it was out of order as a Nurse aid I am on my feet a lot n back be stiff I really wanted to relax but wasn’t able to n the water

Pool was nice with good hours, very convenient complimentary reception, restaurants food was tasty and reasonably priced, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast selection, the most friendly front desk staff that I have ever met!!!!!!! The front desk was so friendly and welcoming when entering the lobby, getting off elevators, checking in/out, etc.

The shower wasn’t hot, the pools changing/bathroom had stall doors with no locks

The hotel is beautiful and unique. The indoor pool is fun with the waterfall feature. Breakfast was great. Room was very clean.

There is no way to change this, but the noise from the atrium is very loud in your rooms. We had a two room suite. If no one is sleeping in the front room it is fine. But sleeping on the couch before 11pm quiet hour is quite difficult

The property was absolutely beautiful. Very private and feels so very safe! Even has security guarding the area.

The only thing about the double bed suite is that there was a bit of an issue was the heat/ac. In the bedroom it was much colder in the living room. It was very noticeable but not much of a problem. Still slept in it comfortably.

Breakfast and the open happy hour and the pool is beautiful, good price, staff was professional.

Needed more staff during check in. Line was long but the staff stayed over her shift to make sure everyone got checked in There was a pitcher bug in the room crawling on the headboard The pull out mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel the bar thru the mattress. I'm a thicker woman but not overweight. Thin mattress and it was dirty underneath the couch where you pull the mattress out.

The check-in process was fast and the front desk staff was very nice.

The morning of check out, housekeeping barged in our room at 7:53am. Never in my life of traveling and staying at hotels has this ever happened. She hurried up and left but what made her think it was okay to come in an occupied room before 8am. She totally messed up our sleep.

We stay here when any of the family is in St Ann’s hospital giving birth or for surgeries, etc. We live about an hour away so this makes sense for us to stay close by during these times. We love the staff here especially Amelia & the second shift manager (I forget his name). We also LOVE the pool & can’t wait for our next visit in August when the outdoor pool will be open. Breakfast is AMAZING as well!

Nothing, it’s wonderful! The floor around the pool could use an update but I’m sure that’s coming soon.
