Breakfast was fine/typical. Waffles good. Staff that replenished items very friendly. Beds comfortable. Quiet room.

The chair at the desk in our room was literally scratched or ripped apart: we called front desk and staff came up to see it and document it so we wouldn’t be charged for the damage. Did not apologize for its condition or offer another- so we just put it aside as it was not pleasant to sit in. Kleenex box on bathroom counter had a few tissue just stuffed into the top- perhaps from another box that was finished? I mean I do that at home but I don’t expect that to be waiting for me at a cleaned, prepared hotel room.

The front office staff was terrific...friendly, accommodating. I asked for a 1st floor room and they had it ready when I arrived. The bonus question above, about the price paid matching my expectations, I thought for such a rate I wouldn't be getting nearly as much as I got...can't say enough good things about the Comfort Inn!

The hotel was busy, parking was limited especially in the evening but nothing can really be done about that.

The location was wonderful. It had a lot of restaurants near . The polaris mall was a few minutes away. The zoo and water park were about 18 minutes away. The indoor pool was very nice. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very good.

I didn't like the elevator because it made it sound like it was going to break down, and it was very slow. The ice machine on the 4 floor wasn't working.

I loved the complementary breakfast! The room was very clean. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. The shower was very clean and the water pressure was great!

The lady on night shift at the front desk wasn’t very pleasant. She looked very grumpy and like she didn’t want to be there. There were a bunch of younger girls on our floor who were a little loud.

Great food and location was excellent

I was not clearly informed of the rear door that you needed a special key to get in, I had to walk around the front to get in. I found out after checking out that a special key was provided in which the front desk person working at the time of checking failed to mention even though I ask her of the inconvenience to get back in.

The best part of our stay was the woman at the desk. I, of course, can't remember her name. She was working there when I checked in and durning the day on Sat. Feb 19 and Sunday morning, Feb. 20. Very friendly and helpful. The staff in the breakfast area was super nice on Sunday morning. Good food choices! nice to have that back for travelers.

our key didn't always work. I ended up having to go to front desk and have two new keys created and neither of them worked either. I had to wake my travel companion up to open the door for me. The coffee was not good at all.

It was nice to finally have a breakfast offered at a hotel. I wished there were some hash browns but other than that it was great. Plenty of offerings to choose from. One suggestion was the butter was hard to find. Put it by the breads, not in the refrigerator. The other thing I liked was the woman at the front seat was friendly, cheerful and helpful. I considered spending a second night due to a long drive home after a workshop I had attended. She booked a room for me and told me just to call and cancel if I decided to head home instead, which I did.

As soon as I got thwir the woman and gentleman working we're nothing but friendly. They helped me with directions and even helped me with my key when I couldn't get it working!

How some of the other guest were disrespectful because the hotel was busy and they needed more towels.

the lady at the front desk was amazing! Best customer service I have had at a hotel outside of Disney World. She was always smiling and extremely nice. The hotel was cozy and close to everything you need.

although the room and hotel itself is very clean some cleanliness items are overlooked. behind the bathroom door had some spots, the drapes were filthy, and bathroom fan was dusty. In the fitness room, the water cooler knobs were filthy

The breakfast, though basic, was ample and filling. I would have appreciated some fresh fruit, however. The room was clear, warm and comfortable.

The pool was a bit cooler than I like. The shower in the pool area did not achieve any warmth after numerous tries.
