Its quiet, fresh towels and coffee brought to my room twice right away when asked! Employees are kind and respectful except one person serving breakfast! Otherwise, exceptional customer service !! Would love them to have mt.dew they only have dark pops available! My room on the second floor. Nice and clean! Would rather a king bed with couch room on second floor than my two queen room, don't know if thats available or not, need to find out! The pool is clean and refreshing and maintained well! I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!!

I had a jacuzzi suite. Very clean and spacious. Simple but good breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.

My only complaint was the pool. The water was freezing but you get used to it lol and the water was stale like it needed chlorine and filtered. There was also no seating. But it was a nice swim.

The beds were comfortable and the room clean.

No one was at the check out counter to help me check out. The cleaning lady tried finding someone for us, but we had to be at a conference and couldn't Wait around for helpi..I tried calling but still no one answered when I tried to call. I think they need extra desk help.

Got two rooms was right across hall from each other. Nice shower plus fridge and little freezer in room. Plenty of places to charge phones, tablet or computer. Desk in room where could let little ones eat

Pool was broken, wasn't expecting room deposit but was returned about week and half later

Breakfast was good and had several options. Coffee was exceptional.

Hotel did not honor my request for room near main entrance. First stay was on ground floor on the other side of hotel. Second stay was on the second floor on the other side of hotel.

it was a very friendly environment ..front dest employee was very friendly nice smile fast at getting u on ur way ..lobby was nice n clean across front the lobby the little bar also nice and clean ...room was nice as well mini fridge , microwave, worked .. beds wer big n comfy linings wer clean and not bad condition ..come morning the smell of there breakfast was amazing ..yes i wuld definitely come here again and ...

hotel location was not the best it hidden behind a car wash and couple stores also when driving to the parking lot of this hotel u morless have to squeeze between tractor trailers to reach the parkinglot

Room was nice and clean. All fixtures worked as they should. Plenty of overall space in room.

Elevator had an electrical smell. Had to shut bathroom door partially to use toilet.

We never had breakfast but coffee

Service by the rest of staff was rude except one lady Walliabugua(not sure of spelling). The maintenance man shouldn't be on the phone.

The night staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was flavorful and hot. The coffee was excellent! The orange juice could use a little more water concentration it was a bit thick.

We did not like the fact that we could hear everyone shutting their room doors it was extremely noisy but other than that the stay was comfortable.

Bed was comfortable, close to where I needed to stay the night

could not get the TV to work, room could use a deep cleaning, esp the floor. Breakfast was ok-mainly carbs - no flavored coffee creamer available, which was a bummer....
