The facility was absolutely beautiful! Every staff member I came into contact with was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had great selections. Overall this was an excellent stay and I will be back. I can't say enough about the staff though. They were just wonderful and extremely helpful.

There was literally nothing I didn't like except for maybe if they had a hot tub for travelers. I was extremely sore and hoping there was.

Close to the airport. The shuttle service was quick and got me to the airport at 4AM. They also picked me up at the car rental depot.

My total cost should have been $724 as booked through Booking.com. My credit card has been charged for $795. I left on October 20th, 4 days ago, and have yet to see a refund. I have called twice. I received a notification via text that my a hold was placed on my card for $830 the day I checked in. I questioned that and was told that an additional $20 a day was added and would be refunded after I left if there was no damage. I then saw a number of other charges show up in the middle of my stay. Several were later removed but $795 has remained. A frustrating experience. I will call again today.

Super close to the airport. Like walking distance. We took the shuttle as our flight was super early in the morning, and the shuttle driver was very friendly. Front desk staff were friendly as well. Didn’t get to try the food but the beds were comfy and the place was clean. Would definitely stay here if you have an early flight.

Although limited options in the breakfast buffet but very delicious and I think it is enough , no need to have too many options. Their Belgian waffles are superb. Comfortable, clean and renovated rooms. most importantly, closeliness to the airport us definitely an added plus, in addition to the shuttle bus service that is free and very convenient.

Everything was great UNTIL.... the breakfast what a disappointment, when we went down at 9 there wasn't any food (hot) even available. The dates on the milk were going to expire today and the yogurt wasn't very cold. When asked the front desk went to see what was up and the kitchen person acted annoyed to do his job.

Ease of reservation, clean, & friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.

Room was too light for sleeping as there was no drapes to close. Only sheers at the windows and parking lot lights were much too bright.

Room was good, staff was great and free shuffle to airport and free parking ( but had to pay after 5 nights) definitely was a plus. Room rate was a little high but manageable.

Would have been nice to have had a dining room

Hotel is close to the airport. There is a shuttle that starts running at 5am for transportation to the airport. The staff was very friendly.

From check in to check out , everything was great. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and cozy and it was the perfect location for us.

That I had to call for clean towels . The cleaning staff should have came in to see the dirty towels and switch them out. However, I just went to the front desk and got some more.

The staff was so kind.

They did not have 24 hrs transport to the airport. We had to take a chance that the neighbor hotel would take us to the airport. Their shuttle stops at midnight and starts at 4:00 am. We had to be at the airport at 3. This was a little stressful wondering if we had a ride.
