the place was clean, comfortable and had parking. it had a bar and all staff were friendly. great place to stay after a long drive and it is right across the road from baseball stadium. I got in at 9pm on a Monday night so all food places around the hotel were closed. The room was so comfortable and clean that’s why I am giving a 10

Breakfast was just standard nothing special, it was a mismatch to the excellence of the place. House staff were a little keen to clean room in the morning when there is a 12pm check out, there was no do not disturb sign for door. the rooms were very clean though.

The hotel was within walking distance to the church and the wedding reception. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and spotless thanks to Sally. The indoor parking was included which was a bonus. The free breakfast provided was more that we ever expected. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Dayton. We even had time to walk to the Second Street Market which was a treat.

This hotel was very clean & looked new. Room was nice & clean with no chemical smell like so many hotels have. Staff was excellent & gave us help getting to our concert & restaurant recommendations.

Parking was a little strange. We could park close because of our handicap sticker but the parking lot arrangement would be a little concerning for a single woman. I don't think its fixable & they did the best they could. This was the only negative.

I really enjoyed my room with the view of the ball park. the room was new and clean, the bed sheets smelled fresh and had no greasy smell - I’m really sensitive to smell and this hotel gets an A+! The staff was very helpful and I loved the coffee & tea set up in the lobby. Parking was very easy in the adjacent parking structure.

The rooms were spotless, so that was a plus for me, and the staff was really nice and attentive. I had to call once about the noise on our floor, and they handled it quickly! The complimentary breakfast was a fun experience.. loved the waffle maker and the food selection.

The microwave didn't work, but it wasn't a big deal for us apparently. I'm sure if we told the staff, they would've taken care of it.

Breakfast was mediocre.

I was charged for high speed internet and I only once looked up the weather and I'm sure when connecting l only checked the free internet. It was confusing. When I asked about it was told only a manager could do anything about it and there was no manager there. It should have been refunded immediately. The rest of the stay was excellent. Even though the amount was small I shouldn't have been charged for it.

This is a very noisy location. It's a very nice hotel in the wrong place. They have provided noise canceling devices in the rooms but they weren't very forthcoming about why they were doing that. If you don't turn on your noise canceling device you will have a noisy night.

the place was clean. the staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was good.

they need to have more change when people want to do laundry. the dryers were not working well enough to dry a rather small load without putting in another 2.50 in quarters,

The hotel's location and the cleanliness of the room were the best part of the hotel experience. A good parking arrangement was found. Nice bathroom, quiet environment.

The breakfast was the weakest part of the hotel experience. The food was minimally eatable. The hard boiled eggs wer overcooked. The best part was the coffee, hot and tasty.

They were very helpful from the start as we had just come from something that fell through. we have traveled 3 hours for daughter’s cheerleading competition. Had issue arise but they did their best to quickly resolve it.

Nothing I didn’t like.
