Staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating. Everything was very clean. Excellent location - convenient to lots of things to do, easy to get in and out of hotel, nice access to freeways.

Drain in shower didn’t drain well - got backed up. It was like that when we got there. That was only negative about the entire stay.

Location is great! Bridge Park area is growing. Beautiful walking paths along the river. The suspension bridge is cool. Lots of restaurants in bridge park and across the river in downtown dublin and historic downtown dublin. Everything is a short walk from hotel. Restaurants/bars, arcade, bowling, ice cream shop, candy shops, coffee shops, bakeries, north market, nail salons, spas etc...so much to see and do. Highly recommend a stay here.

Bridge Park area is expanding. Lots of building construction happening. Our hotel room view was construction. If you get outside and walk around, you'll love what you see and the shops and attractions.

This was my 50th birthday celebration and the staff were just wonderful! They accommodated my requests to check in early and a corner king room with a beautiful view. I also was surprised to get a delicious bottle of wine at check in. Another surprise was finding a birthday gift including my favorite Buckeyes waiting for me in my room! Thank you so much for making this a special and memorable birthday! I’m looking forward to spending New Year’s Eve there🥳

loved that it was so so clean and staff were all friendly! The complimentary breakfast was a plus! Lovely selection of breakfast foods. Oh and the free parking next door.

Facility was clean and comfortable. Loved the location too with walking distance restaurants.

Not that I didn’t like it but it was inconvenient that there was only two very small trash cans in the room. Would have been nice to have at least one medium sized trash can.

The staff was excellent at answering questions, and friendly. The room and lobby was clean, modern and eye appealing.

No fan in the bathroom makes going to the bathroom when you have others in the hotel room harder. At night the nice looking modern bathroom door woke people up due to the light pouring through (we just aren't used to that type of door).

The breakfast was bad but we went out to grab food afterwards. Suggest getting a self served waffle maker so you aren’t waking up to brick hard waffles and cold eggs lol and watery oatmeal..

no hot food left 930am to 10 no employee present. a dozen plus people looking for someone to help and not happy. a few waffle bottles left. also was very messy.
