Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fully stocked. Housekeeping was professional and friendly. The pool was clean and seats to sit. The garden was beautiful and relaxing. There are grills to cook out on. A beautiful fire pit. The pond needs a new water pump though. The elevator does work perfectly fine. The breakfast was delicious and well kept up. The gathering around dinner was very nice as well. Only during the weekdays. You can choose to meet new people from all around America and the world, depending on who is staying there. (helps to know another language in some cases) I am definitely planning another visit.

I am a smoker. It was nice being able to step outside to certain areas and smoke. I loved that. But the disrespect that other smokers had by throwing their nasty cigarette butts on the ground instead of in the designated cigarette butt can/ashtray made the area around the can that they nicely placed out for smokers very dirty. Smokers clean your butts up or everyone can loose a place to smoke. It is not that hard!

We liked it all! The location, the amenities, the bed and super comfy pillows! , check in was a breeze! Front desk staff are so nice, gave us recommendations of near by restaurants! They were helpful and took their time explaining the amenities and accommodations available to us! The place is clean, really clean, the common areas, and cleanliness of the rooms, allowed us to relax in tranquility! We were able to enjoyed the pool, cook a home meal and recharge for the next adventure! They provide amazing soothing body wash, shampoo and conditioner, no need to pack any! The place is walkable distance to Walmart, Huntington Bank and a 5 minute ride to Bridge Park in Dublin, close to major highways and the mall is literally a 3 minute drive, maybe less! We loved our time here!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection. Make sure you get up early and take advantage of this. Coffee is great!! Also great pool for family. Free laundry machine making drying towels easy! Nice patio area with gas fire and also grill for cooking. Cute water feature also. Convenient location right of the highway. Nearby many great attractions. Rooms are very roomy for what we needed. Had a little kitchen area so you can bring meals and cook to save money. Walmart nearby and gas station across the parking lot

Only complaint I can think of is the pool was a bit chilly. But also it was 50 degrees at night. Mid 70s during the day. Not sure if the air conditioner was on in the pool room but honestly that's the only thing 👍😊

breakfast was great, room was clean and stylish.. completely accommodating for our needs. we will defiantly use this hotel again in the future for our family Columbus trips to the zoo and waterpark

nothing major but communication in the cafeteria for breakfast wasn't up to par. the kitchen staff told us there was no more syrup for the waffles. we left to go grab some to use because all the kids wanted waffles. when we came back, there was syrup. lol. it was just inconvenient lol.

Breakfast was great with decent choices. The waffles are always a favorite and my daughters loved the endless bacon!

Luckily, it was as we were finishing breakfast, but a woman and 5 children came in for breakfast but not one of them had shoes on. Disgusting and unsanitary. Maybe post a sign that says shoes are a requirement for service (should go without saying). Also, maybe heat the pool a little more, it was chilly!

The breakfast was outstanding! The hotel personnel were very nice and helpful! The location of the breakfast nook was just right! All in all this hotel was amazing!

It was a good price, a great location very near where I needed to be, and a very clean, comfortable suite.

Actually, the only thing that annoyed me was that the breakfast had run out of coffee cups one morning, So I had to go without my morning coffee. But if that was the worst thing to comment on the stay, then it MUST have been very good!

Everything was actually great. Staff was super nice. We had a one bedroom suite and they were furnished nicely. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean! Breakfast had a very generous options and tasted pretty good. Definitely would recommend and we will come back.

The staff was amazing, the location was so convenient to everything we needed. I loved that I was able to cook in the room and they had everything we need.

The breakfast wasnt the best but its was ok. The oatmeal was not hot that was disappointing. We were hoping baking good but the case was empty at 8am sunday morning. All and all the breakfast wasnt the best but wasnt the worst. I do however wish the pool was heated more. It was freezing for a indoor pool

Beds were comfortable, staff was friends and everything was clean

I didn’t care that there was no housekeeping on the weekends and I had to keep going to the front desk for trash bags, towels and linens. Breakfast area was small and very crowded.
