The staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel was exceptionally clean, The room was also very clean and the jetted tub was beautiful, the hotel was in a great location many restaurants around to choose from and not far from our tour we where going to.

We paid for a late check out .....to stay until 1 pm in the afternoon!! Housekeeping had knocked on our door not once but twice to get into the room to clean it ! We had stated the first time we paid for late check out so why come back a second time and bother us ! Communication needs to be a bit better with housekeeping if someone is checking out late !

Disappointed

The first day the desk couldn't find my registration for several minutes. The 2nd morning there was no hot food available. Someone asked twice when and if there would be more and the employee wouldn't make eye contact nor answer at first. Eventually she replied I don't know. It was about 8:30 with many waiting. The guest stated if she knew then they could decide if they needed to go out instead. Many were frustrated. For the cost of the room and expecting breakfast included it was poor service.

Breakfast was ok, I love making my own waffles. I did not like the eggs and sausage. Wish you had some hard boiled eggs. I loved having the Mini fridge with the freezer that was bigger and not in the fridge. We both on insulin and we care ice packs when we travel and with that freezer our ice bags our refrozen when we leave.

The lamp on the nightstand in between the beds. The plugs did not work we couldn't plug in a chargers for our phones. The pool was nice but ice cold.

friendly staff, breakfast choices were very good, clean room.The one thing that stood out, with Covid, cleaning of the rooms with a several night stay did not happen. This practice has continued at a lot of hotels. I was happily surprised to find out here this facility cleans your room everyday.

The location is perfect, Walmart is next door along with 3/4 different restaurants! Staff was friendly, jacuzzi And pool were clean and nice and warm! The room was clean! The tv has good channel options, it even has a Netflix option. It was relaxing to come here after tubing all night. The breakfast had a lot more than I thought it would. I am very satisfied and will come back again. I didn’t want to leave :(

The only complaint is all the vending machines were completely empty. I didn’t pack any water and was sooooo thirsty

We loved everything about it from the location to the quietness at night, the hot tub, and the breakfast...but most of all Kylee at the front desk...she was the BEST!! She was very friendly and helpful...would definitely stay again and recommend to friends:)

There was nothing we didn't like...

For an older hotel it was truly upgraded with everything in the room and bath. Very modern, clean, and quality service! A bonus was Walmart behind the hotel so we could shop for tide pod to do laundry in the hotel. Great location!

Great experience. The facility was clean, staff was very friendly and went out of their way to fulfill our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future.

The location. It's in walking distance to Walmart and several restaurants. The staff is amazing. Hotel is clean. Have stayed here numerous times.

The only think I do not like is that it does not have a "store" like a similar hotel in town. It has vending machines. The breakfast is also not that grand. It's doable however.

The staff was friendly and accommodating,; Swimming pool was clean and towels handy. Breakfast offered was set and ready before it's 6p start which was great. Eggs, sausage, toast, 3 cereals, juices, coffee, fruit, and yogurt was available. The bed and bedding was comfortable. The room and bathroom we're clean overall. Glad they had laundry units, ice machine, snack machine.

I wish I could give it a higher rate and I'd like to stay again since we travel that way . However, The place definitely lacked a cleaning crew as for the interior building. The room did not have a microwave. But was comfortable and clean.
