I've stayed at the hotel before and the location is great! Several places to eat are nearby, as well as easy access to attractions, gas and shopping. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel and rooms are clean and pool was a nice place to relax at the end of a day of activities.

I didn't make use of breakfast this trip. The 6-9 hours didn't really work for me. I prefer to eat later in the morning. Other than that, everything was great. I'm also not a big fan of pets at a hotel, but some people have no one they can depend on for that. I like and enjoy animals.

The location was perfect, easy on and back on our route. Choice of 3 restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was good. Comfy beds, no bed bugs! ( Yes, I check the beds wherever I go). The pool was nice, thank you for having towels there.

No shampoo or conditioner? Or soap? Those are are the standards that guests expect, it was lucky I had brought some with me. Having the coffee pot next to the sink is not very convenient - and could be a safety issue if one is not careful. Place them next to the frig or microwave. The hot tub sign stated that if " the water temperature is above 104, let the staff know". There was nothing to tell us what the temperature was.

The hot breakfast menu items were great in the morning. The pool/spa area was nice. The property was clean. I would use this facility on any future trip that puts me back in this area.

We had to request towels for the pool/spa area when we went to the area. When we approached the front desk, they did not initially believe us. By the time we left the pool towels had been delivered. This was the only negative comment for the property. Everything else was great.

Shower pressure was.good. Plenty of pillows. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping and desk clerks were very nice and helpful.

Fourth floor with dog was a bit inconvenient for potty trips. Would have liked a channel guide. Coffee maker was not clean, had to run many pots of water before it cleared up. The lobby has an odd smell that reminded me of my mother's nursing home smell.

The Night Manager, Ashley, provided over the top customer service, the room had everything we needed, and the breakfast was great!

On the morning of the checkout, I was sent an email asking me to provide a checkout time. I chose 11 a.m. However, our room keys were deactivated hours before, and twice someone asked me when we were checking out, even knocking on the room door.

Breakfast was good. King bed was comfortable. Had separate reservations from other family members, and when you found out you put us in a room on the same floor as our other family members.

Extra bed we had was not comfortable for our adult grandson. Water from Hot Water pot tasted like coffee and spoiled my tea.

We had been driving all day, and were exhausted! After looking online and finding La Quinta had availability and a great price during Labor Day Weekend, we booked. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

Um, maybe some of the breakfast items that were available. But I overheard that a delivery hadn't arrived yet so, it was good.

The property is old, but kept up. There is a pool and we had a double room with king size bed then the other room had a pull out couch living area which was nice for the money. Decent price.

Soooooo the owner and his wife are kind of rude. The other staff nice and courteous, but the owner and his wife pretty rude and not welcoming.

Well, a lot of people have different dietary needs. I don’t think you should always cook pork in your menu some people like Turkey they’re also were other guests that wanted turkey with their meal too, but other than that, it was OK

Have a open menu open mind to what other people would like to eat as well 😊

The staff was friendly and helpful, The hotel was exceptionally clean, The room was also very clean and the jetted tub was beautiful, the hotel was in a great location many restaurants around to choose from and not far from our tour we where going to.

We paid for a late check out .....to stay until 1 pm in the afternoon!! Housekeeping had knocked on our door not once but twice to get into the room to clean it ! We had stated the first time we paid for late check out so why come back a second time and bother us ! Communication needs to be a bit better with housekeeping if someone is checking out late !
