Every staff personnel I encountered was awesome, very helpful and genuinely nice. The breakfast had good options (waffle maker, fruit, cereal, heat and go sandwiches, yogurt, milk, juice, etc). The room was clean and smell free. They even have a channel guide flyer in the room which was very helpful.

The carpet in the room looked fairly worn, along with some of the furniture, nothing majorly broken though. Also, the pool was still closed for repairs; I was told it had been almost a year due to the 3rd party construction company making the repairs. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as you can hear the highway in the room (hotel backs right up to the highway).

The exterior was bright, landscaped nicely, and spacious. Front desk staff was kind, engaging, and looked happy to be at work. The check-in process was easy. Lobby was well maintained. The room was large , clean, and well maintained. The pool and whirlpool were clean, attractive, and in good condition.

I wish my stay was longer. I did not see any negatives during my stay.

Breakfast lacking because of covid restrictions... which is understandable. They are doing the best they can with restrictions. Looking forward to the state mandates to be OVER!!

The pool was down bc of some structure/ storm issues. I blame booking.com for not letting the customers know this was a problem.

Located close to the highway, restaurants and gas stations. The staff was super friendly and our room was clean. Breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.

Outdated property decor wise, but it was clean. Breakfast could be better but it had the basics to be considered a light breakfast.

The breakfast is decent and unlike 95% of hotels in the area they actually have a gym. The rooms are generally serviceable. Staff is friendly and helpful, though the desk clerk couldn't figure out how to email me a digital copy of my receipt.

For the amenities and location, the rooms are a little pricey. If I wasn't a federal employee traveling on the government rate, I wouldn't stay here.

The front desk lady was so very friendly and helpful. The location was right off the highway and there were places to eat close by. We had also enjoyed visiting with family in breakfast area in the evening.

The rooms need a carpet change but we were fine for one night. It was reasonably priced.

Slight musty smell upon entering. However everything seemed in good repair, clean, and in good working order. Great elevator……fast, smooth, and quiet!

The curtains had a gap that let in street lights, despite everything we did to reposition them. Ended up taking hair clips to clip the fabric together.

The hotel was beautiful, it was clean and decorated lovely.. staff was friendly and courteous.. rooms were clean.. had a very nice selection for breakfast.. would definitely stay again.

It was a little less than we expected for the extra price we had to pay. Maybe could some more choices of eggs and meat.

The exercise room equipment seems to be wearing out. Some should not be used. We happened to be there when the pool was being redone so it was not available.
