Okay, so for a budget hotel I was happy. But by far my biggest praise goes to the young man who was at the front desk when we checked in Friday afternoon and when we checked out Saturday morning. He was friendly and conversational, and he was incredibly helpful, offering adjoining rooms when he saw we had seven guests split into two rooms. This was so appreciated! He also helped when my son requested a little bit of tape for his broken headphones. Just an incredibly wonderful person and a pleasure to have met. A great hire on your company’s part.

The breakfast was pretty sparse, but not bad for a budget hotel. The interior was a bit grungy. But aside from some uncleanliness it was about what you’d expect from a low-cost hotel.

Location was great, it was surrounded by restaurants. 4min away from kings island which was great. Mattresses were brand new. It was ok for the price and somewhere to sleep at night since we weren't there all day. Was only there to sleep because we spent the entire day at kings island and at the water park.

Room was a little musty due to the air not being on when we got there. There was a booger on the ceiling right above the night stand. Couldn't find the switch for the light above the sink, it was kind of hidden over by the door and looked like a motion sensor. Bathroom was a small, the bathroom door barely cleared the toilet. They will charge you $50 if you take any breakfast food back to your room.

How close it was to Kings Island (the reason I stayed in Ohio). I also liked the furnace that was placed in the room. Was very easy to use and kept the room cool on very hot days/nights.

The shower. The curtains were dirty and the bathtub wasn’t the cleanest. The shower head made a squeaky noise after a minute of being on. It would squeak the whole time until the water was turned off.

For my partner and I we were basically just sleeping there and nothing more. We didn’t shower because we had shower the morning of our stay at our home. We made it a day trip since we only live two hours from the hotel and just wanted a day out of our county/state. I liked the comfortable bed and the location of the hotel.

The bathroom was pretty small and the paint job in the room was terrible lol but besides that, it was fine.

Very convenient location. Very clean property. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was very comfortable. Shower was perfect. Pool was a pleasant experience.

Room was hot when we first entered and took a while to cool down. Breakfast options were limited with very little as far as hot breakfast selections.

The room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed!! I mean " like I am sleeping in my own bed comfortable"! Also staff was very accommodating. I wish I had gotten the managers name because that guy is on his game!! First class service 👍

It was a little dated.

Great location to everything especially Kings island which is where we went while staying in the area! Bed was very comfortable! Clean room and facilities!

Our room had a giant open space ? No table on other side of bed or charge ports for devices, be much more convenient! Needs updating some! Great customer desk service!

Pool was nice 17 people and 4 rooms was really nice.

Who ever was in charge of the breakfast area was all up in our business. Telling us how to eat our bisquick and gravey. THAT WAS SO WRONG IN MANY WAYS!!!!

Close to Texas Roadhouse it’s within walking distance. Price was great and bed was comfortable. The pool was open i think it’s 5 ft deep but didn’t have time swim. The frig cooled well and air also worked well. Had a tv and a hot breakfast sausage eggs gravy biscuits.

Smelled a lot like cleaning products

The property is clean and up to date for my expectations. The reviews scared us a little , but this is not the plaza hotel. Exceptional quality and value for the price.

Breakfast could use a waffle maker and a bit of an upgrade. There was a small odor which went away after ventilating and turning on the A/C
