Amanda, Tessie, Lee & KD...all professional. All so sweet! I'd come back to see them again! Loved the location! Restaurants, mall, shopping close by. Convenient!

For a Hampton Inn it was dated! No fan in bathrooms. Furniture in our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. There was gum on the carpet that one of my shoes got stuck on. Our closet door came off its track & remained unbalanced. Toilet seat was loose.

The room was great! Nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel. Staff were really nice and helpful!! Close to alot of things, including the beach with a beautiful sunset!! It's just right down the road!!

I felt that maybe housekeeping could've cleaned up the hallways and glass doors a little better. I'm in that line of work myself so things like that stick out to me.

Great location for the wedding we were.going to and room was spacious. All five of us were comfortable (3 children).

We ended up in a Accessible room for someone with disabilities which wouldn't have been too bad except the floor was flat in shower. So once you ran water you needed to but towels down to keep it from running under door and onto the carpet.

I thought the hotel was in a good location and the free breakfast was great and the variety of restaurants around the city was great.

The luggage cart was very hard for my wife to push and guide, because I am confined to a wheelchair.

Bathroom was clean, updated & spacious. Early check-in request was accommodated. Staff was friendly.

The curtains on the window do not close, so it was impossible to block out the light from the street, gas station, etc.

Rooms were spacious, fabulous choices for breakfast, different entree each morning-omelets, sausages, waffles, biscuits & gravy, fruit, 3 choices cold cereal, hot cereal, toast, bagels or English muffins, pastries, donuts, yogurt, smoothies, juices and milk!! Always had coffee and ice water set up in lobby 24 hrs daily. Nice exercise room and inside pool area (we didn't use pool as it was too hot in there). Staff were so friendly and helpful in making suggestions of things to do in surrounding area. Will definitely stay here again when visiting this area!!

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were normal size instead of those square "throw" pillows alot of hotels are using! The breakfast was decent.

The eggs. They were scrambled and still wet... yuk!

Breakfast was okay, but they were swamped so it made for slim pickings.

The communication between Booking.com and the Hampton was awful. We got there and they didn't have our reservation. There was only one room left, which was not what we had reserved. We wanted a room with two queens so our son would have a comfortable bed. We ended up in king room with no other bed and he had to sleep on a rollaway. The rollaway was short and made him uncomfortable.

Breakfast good and staff very helpful. Quiet and curtains blocked lights and sun. Nice size room and amenities good

Would like walk- in shower since had stroke and difficult to get into tub.otherwise good.

I had to print some legal documents and the young man at the desk Thursday evening, Joshua, went out of his way to help me out. Nice hotel with helpful, friendly staff is always great to find!
