I loved location cause it was downtown close to museums, few resteruants , courthouse and parks. Used to live in Warren in the building on corner by hotel so that was cool. Parking was in back or paralleral parking on street. Room was very comfotable and huge with nice king bed, sheets were nice. Refrig, microwave, desk , Tv , AC and Ice machine all in good working order. Hotel has a breakfast area downstairs opened @0630. .Light breakfast offered, petite omelettes, sausage, fruit , yogurt , pasteries, bagels, juices milk, coffee , pancake machine. It was enough to start the day for me. There was small gathering area to talk, play games etc in back lobby area. Card exit from back lot for security, open door in front with cart for luggage, I was grafeful for elevator.Also vending machine with snacks and soda machine on the expensive side . I opt to buy while I was out and kept in fridge. Also excersise room with standard equipment ,but I was running so much wasn't able to take advantage. Would I stay again absolutely if I ever go back.There for class reunion stayed four days.

Didn't like key cards.They worked well with back entrance but I ended with three cards to room had to have night manager go up once with new card to get in . Didn't like there was no complimentry water in room for the price of room. I got to hotel late so I used vending machine but was $3 .So I went out that night and pickup water for my room cause there was none in vending machine. No note pad to write on either. Also parking lot card entrance very annoying cause card only worked half the time parked on street a few times. After second night gate was kept open. Although I wasn't in room long except at night not a lot of selection on TV and no music channels which I would have perferred. Mininum contact with staff and I found not too friendly , but helpful otherwise.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The breakfast was great.

Every time we entered the parking lot we had to pay $3 and use our door card to enter. If we entered the parking lot 6 times, then it was $3 each time. That's ridiculous. It should have been free parking.

Vivian was extremely helpful with assisting us when we needed to get our stay extended. She was very communicative and attentive at ensuring our group of employees were well taken care of. We appreciate this sincerely, thank you from our New Era Pools, Inc team!

I like the history of this hotel , it is very charming and clean- staff works hard to keep it very clean . Beds were super comfortable as well .

No hot breakfast. You can blame Covid but the Holiday Inn in Niles had regular normal breakfast at the same time we were downtown Warren. Its not a Covid thing..... so what was the reason? Don't want to bother? No paper products in the coffee and juice area either. If you spilled coffee you could not clean it up. Staff did do it but .....get the normal breakfast going again and the stay would have been perfect.

Big improvements since our last visit, nice breakfast area. Wasn't a single staff member that failed to be welcoming and friendly.

The breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. The dining area was very comfortable and clean.

The smoke detector kept beeping but we felt with it. I told the woman at the desk and she wanted to take care of it asap but my husband was sleeping.

When we arrived Friday afternoon, Becky was available to greet us at the Front Desk and got us Checked In immediately. We were in Warren for a concert just a short block away at the Robins Theatre, and found it very convenient to walk back to our room at the hotel. Our overnight stay was quiet and no disturbances. Under the circumstances, breakfast was in a bag, HOT or COLD, with a variety of items inside. Thank You very much.

Although smoking is restricted to outside, 30 feet beyond the entrance, it's very unappealing to walk among all of the cigarette butts that were left behind on the sidewalk under the front canopy as you enter or exit the facility.

The location was great. A beautiful, well maintained, luscious park right across the street. Lounge/bar/restaurant onsite, which had live music and good food

The bed was a little squeaky. The windows were facing a back parking lot and one of the currents did not fully close. There was no ironing board in the room and when I first inquired about getting one I was told "we dont have any extra lying around". I later suggested that I be given one from a non-occupied room and this request was honored right away.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were great with refrigerator and coffee pot. The rooms also had irons and ironing boards.

There was nothing I didn't like. I had stayed there before and liked it.
