The staff was so kind and very informative! Our room was the perfect size for what we needed and was very clean. The hotel is also next door to a large 24 hour gas station, so if you end up needing snacks or drinks, it's a super quick drive. Finally, the double locks on the doors helped us feel super safe during our stay.

Our room was very clean, but we did find a couple of hairs that weren't ours in the towels they provided. When we explained the issue, they were very understanding and provided us with the new ones pretty quickly. Otherwise, as said, our stay was awesome!

We were here to visit family and this motel is very convenient for that, it's also close to several restaurants and grocery store.

When we arrived, our room smelled like dog urine and I wasn't sure if the room just hadn't been cleaned well or, being on the ground floor was it in the AC unit and dogs had just peed on it and the smell was coming from that. We had them come in and they cleaned the floor again and about 30 minutes later the smell was back so we got some fabreze and sprayed the AC unit inside and out and that seemed to help.

All of the staff was very friendly, easy access, nice and quiet, infinitely friendly, and everything was nice and clean. I would come here again.

They advertise the pool,when I got there it was closed due to a horrible accident, which I can only imagine what happened. I was looking forward to it.

The last time I was there they had microwaves in each room. It is a disadvantage, for the people who have food to warm up and must leave the comfort of there rooms jus to warm food up. Why was this done.

Very clean room. we could see if was cleaned because when we entered our room it was freshly mopped and wiped down. We travelled and got there earlier then we expected and earlier then check in. But the staff let us pay and told us as soon as the room is prepared we can come back at 1:30-2 to get into our room. Our check in was 3 pm. It was really nice since we drove 5+ hours, we went and ate across the street came back to the hotel and rested. Nicest staff we’ve ever experience and we can’t wait to visit Cleveland again.

The spa!

I wasn't aware of breakfast. I hate having a spa in my room with no microwave. It sucks getting dressed and go to the lobby when I'm try to relax. There was a gap under my door. I noticed if your outside walking by my window you can see around the curtains and see the bed. Not cool! I'm sure someone had a nice show.

It was clean safe and convenient with all the restaurants and the lobby had everything I needed

This trip was a little way too much noise in the hallway sounded like housekeeping staff arguing. One room had a microwave the other one didn't. When I locked myself out of my room. I was moved to another one instead of keeping the one I was in. With that being in a rush to go to my event I left my food in the refrigerator.

Room was clean, except for a few things of garbage tucked away in corners. Air conditioning worked amazingly.

That I reserved a smoking room and was given a non smoking room. And they didn't have any other ones available.
