Perfect! we were in the highway and train side and it was not noticeable at all. Also, the ambient lights people complain about not shutting off? there are orange switches by the outlets beside the bed and under the tv that operate then just fine. staff was incredible! like INCREDIBLE. thank you so much!

The hotel was clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast started and ended too early. I was traveling with my mother ,who is 80 years old, and the bed was too high for her to get In comfortably, we asked for a step stool. However, none was available. Lastly, the toilet in the room is too low.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early to prepare for a funeral. I stayed here 2 weekends in a row. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast was hot and delicious! Would highly recommend this HI Express!

Absolutely no complaints!

The young lady who worked the breakfast bar was outstanding. Courteous, helpful and never stopped attending the foods, cleaning and making sure everyone was pleased.

indoor pool is a nice upgrade over the competition. pretty legit breakfast with a dedicated worker who took it seriously was welcome--a lot of other places are passing off a bagel and burnt coffee as breakfast. Gave us a room up higher and away from the elevators without being asked.

need to freshen up the lobby--floors a bit sticky, not super fresh. went on a snipe hunt to find an iron.

The card system was down so no one had room cards. this required Kaitlyn, the front desk worker (only worker there to my knowledge) to walk each group to their room. She’s due with a baby boy in August and was hustling around to accommodate everyone. She was so sweet, never lost her cool, and was truly amazing. She’s such a hard worker and deserves recognition for all of her hard work.

The pool was closed in the morning.

The front desk worker's were all exceptional. I have issue's with going through Booking. com where they're trying to charge me more, but the employees are helping me out with this.

The lighting in the bathroom is not very good. My mom thought the same about their room.

We only showered and slept

Ambient lighting would not shut off.. searched for light switch, so we had to sleep with lights on

Breakfast could have been a bit more organized.

Breakfast wasn't all ready when we went down around 7am.

the girl at the front desk she was the best I never got her name but she was so nice and would anything she had to do to make your stay feel at home I love her
