We stayed in a handicap accessible room. It was well set up and had plenty of room. The beds were pretty high. Depending on how you transfer someone this could be good or bad. They definitely were not wheelchair height. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety.

While the rest of the room appeared clean, the telephone was covered in dust and smudges. Also for some reason the message light kept flashing. The message button wouldn’t turn it off or call the front desk. Dialing 0 didn’t get the operator either. not a big deal unless there is an emergency. it was probably that room phone only and staff said they would look into it.

Quiet room, very comfortable bed with nice pillows. Shower had good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy shelf. Corey at the front desk was very helpful.

I now see why this place is called Microtel—our room was TINY! The bathroom had very little vanity space and no towel racks. The sink was very slow to drain and the bathtub floor was chipped with grime built up in the scuffed spots. Price was lower than other comparable area lodging but still high for the experience here.

a young man scared my daughter and her friends. This morning, he was standing at door jiggling handle they popped out the door and he jumped behind the corner. Sadie yelled out quit being a weirdo we saw you. He said it wasnt him jiggling the door handle. In talking with Sarah, the manager, said he was 17 year old s house keeper who was really shy. she said if I made a complaint about him to the police she would pull footage of my 19 year old daughter running in the hallways with alcolohol. my daughter said they did not run in hallways or have alcolol in the hallways.

Very clean rooms no bugs no trash. The breakfast was very good and lots of variety ! Air conditioner worked excellent mid day when it was hottest. Casino up the road and a subway as well.

No elevator. No microwave in room. Fire alarm went off several days In a row. Where my room was it was noisy with slamming doors and loud talking.

We enjoyed a good breakfast with a variety of choice. The area was clean and well stocked.

We had only one Kleen Ex in a box, asked for more and received a box. Also the room cleaner left a note on a small tablet for client use. It was the last sheet of paper available so was kind of funny. The above lights were not all lit, however small things for sure.

The beds are SO comfortable! The handicapped accessible shower was so convenient for my mother.

The desk clerk had earphones in while talking with me. Was on his cell phone with someone else talking in a foreign language while waiting on me. Made it difficult to understand and track our conversation.

We had never stayed at a Microtel before, so we weren't sure what to expect. The room was small, of course, but more than adequate for an overnight stay, clean and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant.

We would have liked more pillows. Staff got them for us.

My mother and I travel there 3 times a year for medical appointments and other times to see family. The staff is always accomodating to mother's physical handicaps.

Room was a little chilly on arrival. Not a big issue. Ajdusted easily.

Nice and quite. Staff was excellent.

Shower and bath was with luke warm water. Never got hit. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room. Had medication that needed to be cool. Lucky we had an ice chest we could full up.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, great for dogs, good breakfast with standard fare (sausage patty’s were horrible tasting) rooms need bathroom upgrades.
